The copy of the treatise "Risalah dar Dafʻi Vaba (Cholera)" by Abu'l Hassan Khan Bahrami (Tafreshi), son of Abdul-Wahab Khan Tafreshi, known as Doctor Mirza Abu'l Hassan Khan (Mu'tamid al-Sultan) (1845 to 1914 AD), one of the doctors of traditional and modern medicine in the Qajar period (1794 to 1925 AD). This is a unique manuscript in Persian language that remains in the library of manuscripts of the Islamic Parliament Library with the version number 1026. This research was carried out using an analytical-critical approach and employed a library-document methodology. After re-reading and correcting the manuscript of "Risalah dar Dafʻi Vaba (Cholera)" in order to achieve the goals of the research, the collected information was analysed. The content of the treatise is written in two chapters. First, this medical treatise focuses on the nature of cholera and orders to safeguard individuals from infection. In this research, we will initially examine in the introduction, a brief history of the outbreak of cholera in the Qajar period and the cause, which was discussed by Doctor Abu'l Hassan Khan Bahrami (Tafreshi). Finally, we will deal with the scientific and literary correction of the "Risalah dar Dafʻi Vaba (Cholera)" manuscript.
