Abstract
According to Iranian Traditional Medicine, exercise is very important to health preservation and it has been explained a lot of profits for it and according to some philosophers' such as aviccena idea, to health preservation, it is prior to another things even nutrition. Getting the most profits from exercise, proportional sports to every body have been suggested. Actually, sports have been located in different groups and each group, includes specific effects on body. This studi,s aim is recognition of different groups of exercise and their effects on human body, in the shape of sport classification in Iranian Traditional Medicin, inorder to recommendation of appropriate and proportional activity to persons. Using the qualitative study approach of content analysis type, subjects that had been extracted from samples about Sport classification, which had been chosen based on the purposive method from Iranian Traditional Medicine books, were analysied.

Abstract
Food digestion has a key role in good nutrition and its health. High-level digestion disorders lead to various problems to human societies. Iranian Medicine which is one of holistic Medicine Schools with a several thousand years' experience background has special viewpoints in this case and it has discussed the role of nutrition health, and also, it has referred to effective factors to digestion disorder, in detailed. The purpose of this paper is a qualitative research and its references are about 20 books in the field of Iranian Medicine. Study setting in qualitative research is different to quantitative research, essentially. Also, data has been gathered by libraries equipped with hand written and printed reference books in addition to computer and modern electronic soft wares. By analyzing this data, we concluded that the most important factors in digestion disorders are as follows: strong movements after meals, eating several kinds of food with each other, eating food when anyone has been fed up, eating food in bad mental and psychological conditions, regardless of the strength of digestive system and anyone nutrition habits, eating food more than stomach volume, and drinking plenty of water. Findings of this study will help to deep understanding of digestion disorders. As a result, it will be effective in prevention, health, and taking care in the field of good and healthy nutrition

Abstract
Background and Purpose: Understanding the experiences of people involved in various phenomena is very important. Twelve years after the establishment of the Persian Medicine Schools, and holding annual exams for the PhD course in Persian Medicine since 2007, the opinions of the exam participants and their motivations can be scientifically studied. The aim of this study was to obtain the experiences of physicians participating in Persian medicine PhD exam to identify this phenomenon.
Materials and Methods: In this qualitative study, sampling was performed through in-depth interviews with 25 physicians volunteering to enter the field of Persian Medicine in the 2019 academic year, who were accepted in the first stage, the written exam, and invited for an oral interview. The interviews were thoroughly recorded. The content of the interviews was written down, and the coding and analysis was done by Granhim and Londman method.
Results: Findings of this study were extracted in 6 main themes including the way participants got acquainted with Persian Medicine, their motivation to take the test, their pre-test concerns, exam preparation methods, the opinion of other physicians about Persian Medicine and the approach to introduce Persian Medicine. Eighteen sub-themes were also extracted.
Conclusion: The results of this study can be useful for health policy-makers to guide motivators and reduce the concerns of Persian Medicine PhD exam’s participants and Persian Medicine students. It can also provide appropriate approach for admitting the students and improving the quality of education in this field, so that appropriate steps would be taken.
