fa طراحی مدل حیوانی حجامت(wet cupping) و بررسی تاثیرآن بر پارامترهای ایمونولوژیکی و هماتولوژیکی در گوسفند تخصصي Special اصيل پژوهشي Origianal Research <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><strong>مقدمه: </strong>حجامت یکی از روش‌های درمانی طب سنتی ایران، برای بازگرداندن و احیا تعادل در ارگانیسم است. در این مطالعه برای اولین بار تاثیر حجامت بر روی برخی فاکتورهای ایمنولوژیک و هماتولوژیک گوسفند، مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت.<br> <strong>روش کار:</strong> ۱۶ راس میش نژاد مهربان ،به صورت تصادفی به ۲ گروه ۸ تایی آزمایش و شاهد تقسیم شدند. در روزهای ۰،۳، ۷ و ۱۸ پس از انجام حجامت از دو گروه شاهد و آزمایش خون گیری از ورید وداج انجام و فاکتورهای گلبول سفید تام، لنفوسیت و گرانولوسیت، گلبول قرمز، هموگلوبین، MCV، MCH، MCHC و پلاکت اندازه گیری گردید. همچنین قبل از شروع آزمایش و نیز ۳ و ۱۸ روز پس از انجام حجامت ،خونگیری جهت اندازه گیری فاکتور C۳صورت پذیرفت.<br> <strong>نتایج:</strong> بررسی ها افزایش معنی داری (P< ۰.۰۵ ) در مقدارC۳ بین نمونه روز صفر و ۱۸ پس از حجامت در گروه آزمایش نشان داد. نتایج در سایر فاکتورهای بررسی شده، اختلاف معنی داری را نشان نداد (P< ۰.۰۵).<br> <strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> تاثیر مثبت حجامت بر سیستم کمپلمان در گوسفند و عدم تاثیر منفی آن بر سایر فاکتورهای بررسی شده، راه را برای تحقیقات بعدی در مورد بررسی تاثیر حجامت بر درمان بیماری‌های دامی هموار ساخت.</span></span></p> <p><strong>Introduction:</strong> Cupping is one of the treatment methods of traditional medicine, to restore and balance in the organism . that in humans have always had good results . However, there is no evidence that show use of cupping therapy in treatment of animals.in this study for first time ,the effect of cupping on on immunology and hematology factors in sheep , as a method of prevention and treatment cheap and without side effects in the treatment of animals was evaluated .<br> <strong>Methods:</strong> In this study 16 Mehraban ewes aged 2-4 years were randomly assigned to 2 groups of 8 in each experimental and control groups. In test group, first, wool sheep sacral area was modified and cup in the sacral area. On days 0,3, 7 and 18 after cupping, the control and experimental groups were bled from the jugular vein and total white blood cells, lymphocytes and granulocytes, erythrocytes, hemoglobin, MCV, MCH, MCHC, and platelets were measured. Before starting the experiment , and 3 and 18 days after cupping , blood sampling was performed to measure C3 factor. Statistical analysis of the data was performed using SPSS software.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> Studies indicated increase significantly (P< 0.05) in the amount of C3 between 0 and 18 days after cupping in test group .
