other مروری بر خلاصه‌‌سیاستی‌‌های ارسالی فرهنگستان علوم پزشکی جمهوری اسلامی ایران در موضوع طب سنتی از سال 1396 تاکنون تخصصي Special مروري Review Article <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:black">طب سنتی ایرانی به عنوان بخشی از میراث علمی و فرهنگی کشور، در اسناد بالادستی نظام سلامت جمهوری اسلامی ایران از جایگاه ویژه‌ای برخوردار است. فرهنگستان علوم پزشکی جمهوری اسلامی ایران به عنوان یک نهاد علمی و مشورتی، در راستای ایفای نقش دیده‌بانی سلامت و حمایت از سیاست‌های مبتنی بر شواهد، اقدامات متعددی را در حوزۀ طب سنتی، طب مکمل و گیاهان دارویی انجام داده است. مطالعۀ حاضر با هدف بررسی و تبیین اقدامات، مواضع و فعالیت‌های فرهنگستان علوم پزشکی کشور در این حوزه طی سال‌های </span></span><span lang="FA"><span style="color:black">۱۳۹۶</span></span><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:black"> تا </span></span><span lang="FA"><span style="color:black">۱۴۰۴</span></span><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:black"> انجام شد. این پژوهش به روش مروری و مبتنی بر تحلیل اسناد و مستندات رسمی فرهنگستان شامل خلاصه‌های سیاستی، نظرات کارشناسی، بیانیه‌ها و مکاتبات انجام‌شده صورت گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که فعالیت‌های فرهنگستان در سه محور اصلی تدوین اسناد سیاستی، ارائه نظرات کارشناسی دربارۀ طرح‌های مرتبط با طب سنتی و مکمل و حمایت‌طلبی و پیگیری موضوعات مرتبط با سلامت جامعه متمرکز بوده و در این بازه زمانی</span></span><span lang="FA"><span style="color:black"> ۶۰ </span></span><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:black">عنوان مکاتبه با سازمان&rlm;‌ها و نهادهای ذیربط و ذی&rlm;نفعان این حوزه انجام شده است. در این اسناد بر استفاده از شواهد معتبر علمی، ادغام منطقی طب سنتی در نظام سلامت، نظارت وزارت بهداشت بر ارائۀ خدمات، توسعۀ پژوهش و نوآوری، استانداردسازی خدمات و مقابله با مداخلات غیرعلمی تأکید شده است. همچنین فرهنگستان در برابر ایجاد ساختارهای موازی در نظام سلامت و سوءاستفاده از ظرفیت‌های طب سنتی مواضع کارشناسی روشنی اتخاذ کرده است. به نظر می‌رسد استمرار این رویکرد می‌تواند ضمن صیانت از سلامت جامعه، زمینۀ بهره‌گیری علمی و اثربخش از ظرفیت‌های طب سنتی ایرانی را در چارچوب نظام یکپارچه سلامت کشور فراهم سازد</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="color:black">.</span></span></span></span></span></div> <pre style="text-align:justify"> <span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="background:white">Iranian Traditional Medicine (ITM), as an integral part of the country&#39;s scientific and cultural heritage, occupies a prominent position in the upstream policy documents of the health system of the Islamic Republic of Iran. As a scientific and advisory institution, the Academy of Medical Sciences of the Islamic Republic of Iran, has undertaken numerous initiatives in the fields of traditional medicine, complementary medicine, and medicinal plants in line with its role in health stewardship and the promotion of evidence-based policies. This study was conducted to examine and elucidate the actions, positions, and activities of the Academy in these areas during the period 2017&ndash;2025 (1396&ndash;1404 SH). This review study was based on the analysis of the Academy&rsquo;s official documents and records, including policy briefs, expert opinions, statements, and official correspondence. The findings revealed that the Academy&rsquo;s activities were primarily concentrated in three areas: the development of policy documents, the provision of expert opinions on proposals related to traditional and complementary medicine, and advocacy and follow-up on issues concerning public health. During the study period, a total of 60 communications were exchanged with relevant organizations, institutions, and stakeholders in these fields. The reviewed documents emphasized the use of robust scientific evidence, the rational integration of traditional medicine into the health system, the Ministry of Health&rsquo;s oversight of service provision, the promotion of research and innovation, the standardization of services, and the prevention of unscientific interventions. Furthermore, the Academy adopted clear expert positions against the establishment of parallel structures within the health system and against the misuse of the capacities of traditional medicine.
