other مروری بر علل و روش‌های درمانی پوسیدگی دندان از دیدگاه طب ایرانی تخصصي Special اصيل پژوهشي(تاريخ پزشكي) Original R.(History of medicine) <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">بیماری‌های دهان و به‌خصوص پوسیدگی دندان به‌علت شیوع و بار اقتصادی قابل‌توجه، اهمیت ویژه‌ای دارند. با توجه به عوارض موضعی و سیستمیک داروها و روش‌های پیشگیرانه و درمانی، محقّقان در سال‌های اخیر به داروهای گیاهی گرایش یافته‌اند. در این میان طب ایرانی در مبحث بیماری تأکّل و تثقّب الأسنان، می‌تواند گزینه‌های متنوعی را برای درمان پوسیدگی دندان معرفی کند. این مطالعۀ مروری به روش کتابخانه‌ای و با استفاده از 9 منبع طب ایرانی ازجمله <i>القانون فی الطب</i>، <i>ذخیرۀ خوارزمشاهی</i>، <i>فی حفظ الأسنان و اللثه و استصلاحها</i>، <i>الأسباب و العلامات</i>، <i>شرح الأسباب و العلامات</i>، <i>تحفه المؤمنین</i> و <i>مخزن الأدویه</i> انجام شد. در طب ایرانی تأکّل و تثقّب دندان حاصل رطوبات متعفّن و اکّال است که سبب از بین‌رفتن جوهر یا بافت دندان می‌شود که به ایجاد ثقب یا سوراخ دندان می‌انجامد. داروهای قابض و مجفّف مانند مورد و ناردین در موارد خفیف ارجح هستند و در غیر این صورت داروهای مسخّن و تحلیل‌برندۀ رطوبات پوسیدگی‌زا مانند باریجه و پونه باید به درمان اضافه شوند. در دندان‌پزشکی نیز پوسیدگی دندان توسط پاتوژن‌های تولیدکنندۀ اسید ایجاد می‌شود که به دمینرالیزاسیون بافت سخت دندان و به‌تدریج ایجاد حفره در آن می‌انجامد. پوسیدگی دندان مطابق با تأکّل و تثقّب دندان است. بنابراین می‌توان از روش‌های درمانی آن در طب ایرانی به‌صورت مکمل در کنار داروهای رایج بهره برد.</span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="line-height:2;">Oral diseases, especially dental caries, are of particular importance due to their prevalence and significant economic burden. Considering the local and systemic side effects of drugs and preventive and therapeutic methods, researchers have tended towards herbal medicines in recent years. Persian medicine offers a range of alternatives for addressing dental caries under&nbsp; the topic of &ldquo;<i>Ta&rsquo;kkol wa Tasaghghob al-Asnan&rdquo;</i>. This review study was conducted by library method and using nine sources of Persian medicine, including <i>Al-Qanun fi al-Tibb</i><i>, Zakhireye Khwarazmshahi, Fī Hifz al-Asnān wa-al-Liththah wa-Istislāhihā, Al-Asbāb wa al-Alāmāt, Sharh al-Asbāb wa al-Alāmāt, Tuhfat ul-Momineen </i>and<i> Makhzan al-Adwiya</i>. In Persian medicine, &ldquo;<i>Ta&rsquo;kkol wa Tasaghghob al-Asnan&rdquo;</i> is the result of infectious and corrosive moisture, which results in the destruction of the dental tissue and leads to the creation of a hole in the dental structure. Astringent (<i>Qabez</i>) and drying (<i>Mojaffef</i>) drugs such as <i>Myrtus communis</i> and <i>Nardostachys jatamansi</i> are preferable in mild cases. Otherwise, drugs that dissolve carious moisture (<i>Mohallel</i>), such as <i>Ferula gummosa</i> and <i>Mentha pulegium</i>, should be added to the treatment. In modern dentistry, dental caries is caused by acid-producing pathogens, which leads to demineralization of the dental hard tissue and gradually creating cavity. Dental caries is equivalent to &ldquo;<i>Ta&rsquo;kkol wa Tasaghghob al-Asnan&rdquo;</i>.
