fa نگاهی نو به مبحث «هوای وبایی» در طب سنتی ایران تخصصي Special اصيل پژوهشي Origianal Research <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;">تدبیر اهویه (آب و هوا) از مهم‌ترین مباحث شش گانه حفظ الصحه در طب سنتی ایران است. یکی از زیرشاخه‌های تدبیر آب و هوا مسئله هوای وبایی است. از دیدگاه سنتی، هوای وبایی به سبب تعفن و فساد جوهر هوا عارض می‌شود. علائم این وضعیت وجود هوای گردآلود و دودآلود است که استنشاق آن سبب اذیت افراد می‌شود. از دیگر علائم هوای وبایی خارج شدن فصول سال از وضع طبیعی، زیاد شدن مگس، حشرات و گزندگان در محیط و کاهش محصولات کشاورزی است. آلودگی‌های محیطی مانند تجمع زباله و اجساد و تعفن آن‌ها، وجود منابع تولید کننده بخارات سمی مثل معادن گوگرد و مرداب‌ها در اطراف شهر و موقعیت جغرافیایی شهرها مثل محصور شدن آنها بین کوه‌ها سبب بروز هوای وبایی می‌شوند. شباهت بین علائم و اسباب هوای وبایی با آلودگی هوا و شیوع بیماری‌های واگیردار، امکان بهره‌گیری از توصیه‌های طب سنتی را در مقابله با این پدیده مطرح می‌کند. طب سنتی برای مدیریت و جلوگیری از اثر عوارض هوای وبایی در انسان، استفاده از مفرحات را پیشنهاد می‌کند. مطالعات جدید نشان‌دهنده آن است که مفرحات با مقابله با استرس اکسیداتیو می توانند اثر محافظ قلبی داشته باشند. همچنین تعدادی از داروهای مفرده و مرکبه سنتی که در هوای وبایی توصیه شده اند دارای اثرات تقویت سیستم ایمنی یا ضد میکروبی هستند که می‌توان از آنها در هنگام شیوع بیماری‌های واگیردار استفاده کرد. این مطالعه به معرفی تعدادی از این ترکیبات می‌پردازد. مطالعات بیشتر بر تدابیر طب سنتی در هوای وبایی امکان بهره‌مندی از این تدابیر در زندگی امروز را مهیا می‌کند.</span></span></p> <p>The effectiveness of climate in human health has been presented in Iranian Traditional Medicine (ITM) as the most important branch of the traditional concept of six pillars of health. This branch is consisted of some subdivision one of them is Vabaie weather. Vabaie weather is defined as occurrence of deterioration in air. The main sign of this condition is dusty and smoky weather that annoying respiration. Changes in seasons&rsquo; features e.g. warm winter or rainy summer, increasing in number of flies and hurtful animals, and decreasing in agricultural productions have been mentioned as other signs. One of the main causes of Vabaie weather is related to geographical factors. Cities with northern mountains, cities near sulfur mines, marsh, or landfill are exposed to this condition. Vabaie diseases are mentioned as consequences of Vabaie weather. ITM has some preventive and therapeutic recommendations for this condition. In this study, we tried to clarify the concept of Vabaie weather. Our results showed that there are common parameters connected Vabaie weather with air pollution and break out of infectious diseases. Therefore, there is a chance to utilize ITM recommendations in air pollution and infection diseases. There are some evidences confirming the effectiveness of ITM suggestions. For instance, new findings has shown that Mofarrahat (lexically means mood elevators) have cardioprotective activities attenuating oxidative stress of air pollution. There are also some anti-Vabaie medicines with immune enhancement activity protecting body against infections. Antibacterial herbs have been also included in these recommendations. In this article, we presented these kinds of medicines in detail.
