fa بررسی اثر موضعی روغن دانۀ خشخاش بر پارامترهای بیهوشی خرگوش سفید نیوزیلندی تخصصي Special اصيل پژوهشي Origianal Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA">سابقه و هدف: </span></b><span lang="AR-SA">استفاده از داروهای بیهوشی با ازبین‌بردن احساس درد و واکنش بیمار در برابر عوامل دردناک یکی از ارکان اصلی جراحی محسوب می‌شود. به‌منظور کاهش عوارض دارویی ناخواسته در اثر تجویز این داروها می‌توان از داروهای گیاهی به‌علت سمیت کمتر آنها نسبت به داروهای شیمیایی استفاده کرد. </span><span lang="FA">استفاده از روغن دانۀ خشخاش در طب سنتی به‌منظور تسکین سردرد و بی‌خوابی در انسان مورد توجه بوده است. هدف از انجام این تحقیق بررسی اثر موضعی روغن دانۀ خشخاش بر پارامترهای بیهوشی نظیر ضددردی، خواب‌آوری و شل‌کنندگی عضلات در خرگوش سفید نیوزیلندی بوده است.</span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA">مواد و روش&rlm;‌ها:</span></b><span lang="AR-SA"> تعداد </span><span lang="FA">۲۵ رأس خرگوش سفید نیوزیلندی در ۵ گروه ۵ تایی (یک گروه کنترل و ۴ گروه آزمایش) مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت</span><span lang="AR-SA">. گروه کنترل فقط با تزریق داخل عضلانی کتامین و زایلازین</span> <span lang="FA">بیهوش شد. گروه آزمایش ۱، یک ساعت پیش از بیهوشی ۳ قطره روغن </span><span lang="AR-SA">دانۀ خشخاش</span> <span lang="AR-SA">در یک گوش؛ گروه آزمایش ۲، دو ساعت پیش از بیهوشی ۱۰ قطره روغن در قسمت پوست داخلی غضروف بلند یک گوش؛ گروه آزمایش ۳، یک ساعت پیش از بیهوشی ۳ قطره روغن در هر</span><span lang="FA"> دو</span><span lang="AR-SA"> گوش؛ و گروه آزمایش ۴، دو ساعت پیش از بیهوشی ۱۰ قطره روغن در قسمت پوست داخلی غضروف بلند در هر دو گوش دریافت کردند.</span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA">یافته‌&rlm;ها:</span></b> <span lang="FA">در تحلیل آنالیز واریانس (</span>ANOVA<span lang="FA">) به‌طور معنی‌داری </span><span lang="AR-SA">متوسط مدت </span><span lang="FA">بیهوشی در گروه‌های آزمایش ۱، ۳ و ۴ برابر بود. در گروه‌های آزمایش ۱ و ۳ متوسط مدت بی‌دردی و بیهوشی عمیق نسبت به گروه کنترل به‌طور معناداری افزایش یافته بود.</span></span></span><br> <b><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA">نتیجه&rlm;‌گیری:</span></b> <span dir="RTL" lang="FA">استفاده از روغن دانۀ خشخاش به‌صورت موضعی در خرگوش سفید نیوزیلندی به تغییرات</span> <span dir="RTL" lang="FA">در خواب‌آوری، بی‌دردی و بیهوشی عمیق همراه با شل‌کنندگی عضلانی منجر شد و دارای اثرات بیهوشی و خواب‌آوری بود.</span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="background:white"><span style="line-height:115%"><span new="" roman="" times=""><b><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%">Background and Purpose</span></span></b><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%">: Use of anesthetics is one of the main elements of surgery by eliminating the feeling of pain and reaction to painful factors. Due to lower toxicity compared with chemical drugs, herbal medicines can be used to reduce undesirable side effects of these drugs. Persian medicine literature has mentioned use of poppy seed oil to relieve headaches and insomnia in humans. The aim of this study was to investigate the topical effect of poppy seed oil on anesthesia parameters such as analgesic, hypnotic and muscle relaxant properties in New Zealand white rabbits.</span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="background:white"><span style="line-height:115%"><span new="" roman="" times=""><b><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%">Materials and Methods:</span></span></b><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"> Twenty-five New Zealand white rabbits were evaluated in 5 groups of 5 (one control group and four experimental groups). The control group was anesthetized only by intramuscular injection of Ketamine and Xylazine. Experimental group 1 received 3 drops of poppy seed oil in one ear one hour before anesthesia, experimental group 2 received 10 drops of oil on the inner skin of long cartilage of one ear two hours before anesthesia, experimental group 3 received 3 drops of oil in both ears one hour before anesthesia, and group 4 received 10 drops of oil on the inner skin of the long cartilage of both ears two hours before anesthesia.</span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="background:white"><span style="line-height:115%"><span new="" roman="" times=""><b><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%">Results:</span></span></b><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"> In analysis of variance (ANOVA), the anesthesia duration in experimental groups 1, 3 and 4 was significantly equal. In experimental groups 1 and 3, the mean analgesia duration and deep anesthesia duration were significantly increased compared with the control group.
