fa ضرورت تدوین اصطلاح‌نامۀ پزشکی مردمی ایران تخصصي Special اصيل پژوهشي Origianal Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><strong>سابقه و هدف:</strong> کتابداری و اطّلاع‌رسانی پزشکی یکی از دانش‌های کمکی در حوزۀ علوم پزشکی است که در سال‌های اخیر با گسترش و توسعۀ چشمگیری روبه‌رو بوده است. تولید روزافزون اطّلاعات در قالب‌های گوناگون چالش بزرگی است که وجه دیگر آن روی‌آوردن کاربران متعدّد به پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی است. از این رو، نظام‌های ذخیره و بازیابی اطّلاعات با به‌کارگیری ابزارهایی همچون اصطلاح‌نامه‌ها به دنبال پاسخ‌دادن به این دو نیاز هستند. از سوی دیگر، از میان سرچشمه‌های سه‌گانۀ پزشکی ایرانی، تا کنون پزشکی مردمی ایران چندان موردتوجه نبوده، بنابراین تدوین اصطلاح‌نامه‌ای برای آن ضرورت دارد. پژوهش حاضر به دنبال تبیین این ضرورت است.<br> <strong>مواد و روش‌ها:</strong> این پژوهش، براساس روش توصیفی- تحلیلی می‌کوشد ضمن مرتب‌سازی اصطلاح‌نامه‌های موجود براساس نظام رده‌بندی و علوم، توجّه نخبگان را به این دانش بشری جلب کند و ضرورت تدوین اصطلاح‌نامۀ پزشکی مردمی ایران را نشان دهد. همچنین با جست‌وجو در متون مرجع اصطلاح‌نامه‌نویسی، مبانی نظری تدوین اصطلاح‌نامه‌هایی با موضوعات بسیار خاص و روایی این تلاش، تبیین می‌شود.<br> <strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> در زبان فارسی پیکرۀ نسبتاً مناسبی از اصطلاح‌نامه‌ها در رده‌های مختلف علوم و فنون (به‌خصوص اصطلاح‌نامه‌هایی در رده‌های فرعی علوم پزشکی، تاریخ پزشکی، ارتقای بهداشت، کمک‌های اولیه) تهیه و تدوین شده و امکانات و زیرساخت‌های نرم‌افزاری و سخت‌افزاری برای این کار کمابیش فراهم است. با وجود این در زمینۀ فرهنگ مردم، مردم‌شناسی و پزشکی قومی نبودِ اصطلاح‌نامه‌ای مدوّن بسیار محسوس است.<br> <strong><span dir="RTL">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></strong><span dir="RTL"> با توجه به اینکه </span><span dir="RTL">تدوین اصطلاح‌نامه‌هایی با موضوعاتی بسیار خاص در متون مرجع و توصیه‌نامه‌های اصطلاح‌نامه‌نویسی پیش‌بینی شده و با توجه به حجم روزافزون اطلاعات تولیدشده به زبان فارسی در حوزۀ پزشکی مردمی و مهیّابودن زیرساخت‌های مختلف و متعدّد، </span><span dir="RTL">تهیه و تدوین اصطلاح‌نامۀ پزشکی مردمی ایران ضروری است.</span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Background and Purpose:</strong> Medical Library and Information Sciences are an auxiliary field in medical sciences that have undergone significant development in recent years. Increasing generation of information in a variety of formats is a major challenge, that demands referring to databases. Hence, information storage and retrieval systems seek to address these needs using tools such as thesauri. On the other hand, among the triad sources of Persian medicine, folk medicine had not received much attention so far. Therefore, the present study seeks to answer the need to develop a Persian folk Medicine Thesaurus.<br> &nbsp;<br> <strong>Materials and Methods:</strong> This research, based on a descriptive-analytical method, attempts to show lack of attention to this branch of human knowledge while sorting the thesauri in the classification and the division of sciences. Also. it explains the theoretical and valid foundations of compiling controlled thesauri by searching reference texts in Library & Information Sciences.<br> &nbsp;<br> <strong>Results:</strong> A relatively large corpus of thesauri in different categories of science and technology (especially thesauri in the sub-categories of medical sciences, medical history, health promotion, first aid, etc.) has been prepared and compiled in Persian language, and software and hardware facilities and infrastructures has been provided to some degree. Nonetheless, lack of a codified thesauri is very noticeable in the field of folk culture, anthropology and ethnography in Persian.<br> &nbsp;<br> <strong>Conclusion:</strong> Compilation of thesauri in specific topics is foreseen and recommended in reference texts and thesaurus.
