fa شونیز تخصصي Special مروري Review Article <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><strong>سابقه و هدف: </strong>شونیز با نام‌های سیاهدانه، حبه‌السودا و کلونجی، یکی از باستانی‌ترین گیاهان شناخته شده است، با طبیعت گرم و خشک در درجۀ&nbsp;سوم، در درمان بیماری‌های مختلفی مورد استفاده بوده است. سیا‌هدانه گیاهی علفی و یک‌ساله است که زمان گل‌دادن آن، اواخر اردیبهشت تا تیرماه است. دانه‌های این گیاه سیاه‌رنگ، سه‌گوش و معطر است و در صورتی که له شوند بوی تندی از آن‌ها ساطع می‌شود. با توجه به کاربردهای فراوان گیاه، هدف از این مطالعه، بررسی ماهیت شونیز در منابع طب سنتی و تطبیق آن با خصوصیات گیاه‌شناسی سیاهدانه و تبیین نام علمی دقیق، همچنین کاربردهای سنتی و فارماکولوژیکی آن بود.<br> <strong>مواد و روش‌ها:</strong> ماهیت و افعال و خواص سیاهدانه از منابع طب سنتی ایران و مطالعات جدید استخراج و مقایسه شد.<br> <strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> در مقایسۀ&nbsp;ماهیت شونیز و سیاهدانه نکات مشابهی در شکل برگ‌ها، گل، میوه و دانه یافت شد. در منابع طب سنتی ایران، شرح کاربرد آن در درمان طیف وسیعی از بیماری‌های دستگاه گوارش، مجاری ادراری و بیماری‌های تنفسی و پوستی ذکر شده است. امروزه سیاهدانه به‌عنوان یکی از گیاهان با اهمیت در جهان بوده و مطالعات گسترده‌ای روی اثربخشی این گیاه و مواد مؤثره آن (به‌ویژه تیموکینون) بر بیماری‌های گوناگون انجام شده است که می‌توان به اثرات ضددرد و ضد‌التهاب، پایین‌آورندگی قند خون، کاهش کلسترول، ضدتومور و اثرات مثبت بر عملکرد دستگاه تنفسی اشاره کرد.<br> <strong>نتیجه‌گیری: </strong>بررسی‌های انجام‌شده در متون طب سنتی و گیاه‌شناسی نوین نشان می‌دهد که شونیز معادل گونه <em>Nigella sativa .L</em> است و در منابع طب سنتی و رایج، استفاده از گیاه در درمان بیماری‌های دستگاه تنفسی و گوارشی پیشنهاد شده است.</span></div> <span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><strong>Background and Purpose:</strong> &ldquo;Shoneez&rdquo; known as &ldquo;Siyahdaneh&rdquo;, &ldquo;Habbato saudā&rdquo; and &ldquo;Kalonji&rdquo;, is one of the most ancient known plants with hot and dry temperament at the third degree which is used for treatment of various diseases. Black seed is an herbaceous annual herb, and its flowering time is from late May to July. The seeds of this plant are black, triangular and fragrant. Their pleasant odor is smelled when they are crushed. The aim of this study was adaptation of the botanical descriptions of &ldquo;Shoneez&rdquo; according to Traditional Persian Medicine resources to the black seed according to modern literatures to specify its scientific name. Therapeutic and pharmacological effects were also explored.<br> &nbsp;<br> <strong>Materials and Methods:</strong> The characterization and properties of plants were extracted from Traditional Persian Medicine texts and also recent studies and were compared to each other.<br> &nbsp;<br> <strong>Results:</strong> There are similarities in botanical description of the plants&rsquo; leaves, flowers, fruits and seeds. &ldquo;Shoneez&rdquo; has been used in a wide range of gastrointestinal, urinary, respiratory and skin diseases. Also, black seed is one of the most important plants in the world and extensive studies have been carried out regarding its efficacy and active ingredients (especially thymoquinone) on various diseases.
