fa ارائه‌ مدلی بر مبنای درخت تصمیم فازی جهت تشخیص مزاج در طب سنتی ایرانی تخصصي Special اصيل پژوهشي Origianal Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><strong>سابقه و هدف: </strong>مفهوم مزاج از جمله کلیدی‌ترین مفاهیم مورد استفاده در طب سنتی ایرانی بوده و بسیاری از دستورات حفظ سلامتی، تشخیص و درمان بیماری‌ها بر اساس مزاج تعیین شده هر فرد با دیگران متفاوت است. دستیابی به شیوه‌های استاندارد تعیین مزاج از مهم‌ترین اولویت‌های پژوهش در طب سنتی ایرانی است. درخت تصمیم فازی یکی از الگوریتم‌های هوشمند برای طبقه‌بندی داده‌ها است. استنتاج درخت تصمیم فازی، فرآیند استفاده از نمونه‌های خاص و رسیدن به یک مدل عمومی است که هدف آن یادگیری نحوۀ طبقه‌بندی نمونه‌ها است.<br> <strong>مواد و روش‌ها:</strong> در این مقاله از داده‌های مربوط به تعیین مزاج افراد برای داده‌کاوی و مدل‌سازی تشخیص مزاج استفاده شد. برای این کار، درخت تصمیم فازی با الگوریتم ID۳ فازی آموزش داده شد.<br> <strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> دو درخت تصمیم‌گیری یکی برای گرمی، سردی و دیگری برای تری، خشکی ساخته شد و قواعد تولید شده توسط پزشکان متخصص طب سنتی ایرانی از نظر بالینی و میزان صحت قوانین ارزیابی شد.<br> <strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> به‌نظر می‌رسد این مطالعه، اولین پژوهش صورت گرفته در حوزۀ هوشمند‌سازی تشخیص مزاج در طب سنتی ایرانی است. نتایج این پژوهش می‌تواند در سطح عملیاتی توسط متخصصان طب سنتی ایرانی استفاده شود، همچنین این پژوهش می‌تواند زمینۀ پژوهش‌های دیگر با استفاده از بهینه‌سازی و سایر الگوریتم‌های هوشمند و حتی برای تشخیص انواع سوءمزاج با داده‌های بیشتر باشد.</span></span></div> <div> <div><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><strong>Background and purpose:</strong> The concept of <strong>temperament (Mizaj)</strong> is one of the most important concepts in traditional Persian medicine. Many prescriptions for maintaining health, diagnosis, and treatment of diseases are based on the specified <strong>temperament (Mizaj) </strong>of each person that varies from one person to another. Achieving standard methods for determining the <strong>temperament (Mizaj) </strong>is one of the main priorities of research in traditional Persian medicine. The fuzzy decision tree is one of the intelligent algorithms for data classification. The conclusion tree is the process of using specific examples and reaching a general model whose purpose is to learn how to classify the samples.<br> <strong>Methods and Materials:</strong> In this paper, the data related to <strong>temperament (Mizaj) </strong>was used for data mining and modeling of the <strong>temperament (Mizaj) </strong>diagnosis. To this end, the fuzzy decision tree was trained with fuzzy ID3 algorithm.<br> <strong>Results: </strong>Two trees were made for warmness/coldness and wetness/dryness. The produced rules were evaluated by traditional Persian medicine practitioners regarding their clinical application and accuracy.<br> <strong>Conclusion: </strong>This was the first research in the field of diagnostic intelligence in traditional Persian medicine which can be used at the operational level by the experts of the field.
