fa بازخوانی نقاط پیوند دهنده طب و معماری در زمینه بهداشت محیط تخصصي Special مروري Review Article <span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><strong>سابقه و هدف:</strong> از آنجا که تاکنون به صورت جامع به نقش تأثیرگذار بهداشت محیط بر سلامت انسان از منظر محوریت انسان در طب و معماری پرداخته نشده است. این تحقیق قصد دارد با این فرضیه که از عواید دانش طب در معماری سلامت محور ایران استفاده شده است، به واکاوی و بازخوانی نقاط پیونددهندۀ طب سنتی و معماری در حوزۀ محیط‌های بهداشتی و سالم بپردازد.<br> <strong>مواد و روش‌ها: </strong>روش استفاده&rlm;‌شده در این تحقیق در بخش گرداوری اطلاعات، تفسیری &ndash; تاریخی، با استفاده از منابع اسنادی و نرم‌&rlm;افزار جامع طب سنتی نسخۀ ۱/۵ و در بخش تحلیل اطلاعات کیفی است.<br> <strong>یافته‌ها: </strong>کهن الگوی چهارگانه‌ها از آن جهت که عالم و هرآنچه در اوست بر اساس آن نظام‌یافته است، عامل وحدت بخش علوم و پیونددهندۀ طب و معماری با هدف اعتدال مزاج و سلامت انسان و محیط سکونتش در گذشته بوده است، که نقاط طلایی این پیوند را می‌توان در چهار بخش، رویکرد کل‌نگر علوم، کهن الگوی چهارگانه‌ها، تدابیر بهداشتی پزشکان در باب اختیار مکان‌های سالم و دانش اقلیمی پزشکان در شناخت ویژگی‌های هوا و متعلقات آن به‌عنوان اولین و مهم‌ترین عامل سته ضروریه، مورد مداقه قرار داد.<br> <strong>نتیجه‌گیری</strong><strong>:</strong> <strong>به&rlm;‌نظر می‌رسد ک</strong><strong>ه از</strong> رویکرد بهداشتی و پیشگیرانه پزشکان و تعالیم و تدابیر بهداشتی آنها در حوزۀ حفظ سلامت انسان و بهداشت محیط سکونتش، می‌توان راهکارها، معیارها و استانداردهای ارزشمندی پیرامون اختیار و گزینش مکان‌های سالم، بهبود کیفیت محیط‌های ناسالم و معماری سلامت‌محور، استخراج کرد.</span></span> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:times new roman;"><strong>Background and Purpose:</strong> Since it has not been comprehensively addressed to the role of environmental health effects on human health from the viewpoint of human focus in medicine and architecture, this research intends to use the hypothesis that the revenues of medical knowledge are used in Iran&#39;s health-oriented architecture; revising the links between traditional medicine and architecture in the field of healthy environments.<br> <strong>Methods and Materials:</strong> The method used in this research is interpretive-historical in the field of information gathering (using documentary sources and comprehensive software of traditional medicine, version 1.5) and is qualitative in the field of information analysis.<br> <strong>Results: </strong>The findings of the research showed that the ancient pattern of the quads, from which the universe and whatever is in it is based on it, is the unifying factor of science, and the linking of medicine and architecture with the aim of temperamental balance and human health considering its habitat environment. The golden points of this link can be divided to four sections: holistic approach to science, ancient pattern of quadrangles, physicians&#39; safeguards on the power of healthy places, and the climatic knowledge of physicians to identify the characteristics of air and its accessories as the first and the most important factor of &ldquo;six essentials&rdquo; which should be evaluated.</span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:times new roman;"><strong>Conclusion:</strong> The results showed that the health and preventive approach of physicians and their health and education measures to protect human health and the health of their habitat environment can be used to achieve strategy, criteria and standards for choosing healthy places, improving the quality of unhealthy environments and having health-based architecture.&nbsp;</span></div> مزاج ,سلامت, طب سنتی, تدابیر بهداشتی ,بهداشت محیط , معماری سلامت محور Temperament, Health, Traditional medicine, Health measures, Environmental health, Health-oriented architecture. 73 81 http://jiitm.ir/browse.php?a_code=A-10-1-437&slc_lang=fa&sid=1 M.
