fa داروهای مسهل، مهم‌ترین دسته‌ی دارویی در طب سنّتی ایران تخصصي Special اصيل پژوهشي Origianal Research <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><strong>مقدمه:</strong> طب سنّتی ایران دارای سابقه‌ا‌ی درخشان با منابع مکتوب فراوان در عرصه‌ی پزشکی است و در درمان بیماری‌ها همچون مکاتب دیگر، از داروها استفاده می‌نماید. یکی از مهم‌ترین دسته‌ها‌ی دارویی مورد استفاده در این طب؛ مسهل‌ها نام دارند که این داروها به دفع اخلاط فاسد یا به عبارتی مواد زاید از بدن می‌پردازند. در این مطالعه مطالب مربوط به انواع، نحوه‌ی مصرف و مکانیسم اثر این دسته از داروها از منابع مختلف طب سنّتی ایران اعم از نسخ خطی و چاپی کتابخانه‌های مختلف و منابع الکترونیک پزشکی جمع‌آوری گردید. بدین ترتیب مجموعه‌ای از داروهای مسهل طب سنّتی ایران گردآوری شد و آثار این داروها در دفع اخلاط مختلف از دید حکمای طب سنّتی ایران و همچنین موارد مصرف آن‌ها مورد بررسی قرار گرفت.<br> همانطور که در متون طب سنّتی ایران ذکر شده است، پاکسازی بدن از اخلاط فاسد یا مواد زاید از روش‌های اصلی درمان در طب سنّتی ایران می‌باشد و شناخت این روش‌های درمانی و داروهای مورد مصرف در این موارد می‌تواند به عنوان اجزایی از مبانی درمان در مطالعات بالینی متعدد مورد توجه قرار گرفته و حتی نویدبخش بهبودی بیماران به عنوان روشی جایگزین و یا مکمل در روش‌های درمانی رایج امروز باشد.</span></span></p> <p>Traditional Iranian Medicine (TIM) has an outstanding history with numerous medical textbooks. Similar to other medical schools, in TIM, drugs are used in treatment of diseases. One of these drug groups is purgative agents. These drugs were used to excrete putrefied temperaments, or extra materials from the patients&rsquo; body. In the current study, different information on the categories, route of administration, and mechanism of effect of this drug category was collected from different sources of TIM, including the manuscripts, printed texts, and electronic books. In this way, a collection of purgatives used in TIM was established, and the effects of these drugs in excretion of different temperaments from the viewpoint of TIM hakims, as well as the indications for administration of the drugs were evaluated.<br> As it has been mentioned in TIM sources, refinement of the body from putrefied temperaments or extra materials is one of the major treatment methods in TIM. Understanding this treatment method and the drugs used for this purpose can be considered as a component of treatment process in different clinical studies.
