fa شناسایی و بررسی فیتوشیمیایی مقدماتی منتخبی از گیاهان شهر مریوان و مطالعۀ موارد مصرف سنتی و بومی گیاهان در این منطقه تخصصي Special اصيل پژوهشي Origianal Research <span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><strong>سابقه و هدف:</strong> بررسی فلور گیاهی مناطق مختلف، شناسایی گیاهان دارویی و صنعتی مهم و انجام مطالعات فیتوشیمیایی برای شناسایی ترکیبات مهم موجود در این گیاهان راهکارهای مناسبی برای سازمان‌دهی علمی استفاده از گیاهان دارویی و پاسخ&lrm;گویی عالمانه به نیاز اقشار مختلف در این زمینه است.<br> <strong>مواد و روش‌ها:</strong> تحقیق به روش توصیفی انجام گرفته و به شناسایی و بررسی فیتوشیمیایی مقدماتی گیاهان مهم منطقه مریوان به‌عنوان یکی از مناطق ارزشمند کشورمان از نظر پوشش و تنوع گیاهی پرداخته است. منتخبی از گیاهان جمع&lrm;آوری شده از نظر وجود ترکیبات ثانویه مهم گیاهی شامل آلکالوئیدها، ساپونین‌ها، تانن‌ها، گلیکوزیدهای قلبی، آنتراکینون‌ها و فلاونوئیدها مورد بررسی‌های فیتوشیمیایی مقدماتی قرار گرفتند. موارد مصرف بومی و سنتی گیاهان نیز از طریق مصاحبه با افراد آگاه بومی ثبت شد.<br> <strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> تعداد ۱۷۰ گونۀ گیاهی جمع‌&rlm;آوری شده متعلق به ۴۱ خانوادۀ گیاهی است که در این بین خانواده‌های <span dir="LTR">Papilionaceae</span>، <span dir="LTR">Compositae</span>، <span dir="LTR">Labiatae</span> و <span dir="LTR">Umbelliferae</span> بیشترین سهم را به خود اختصاص داده‌اند. نتایج بررسی‌های فیتوشیمیایی نشان‌دهندۀ وجود تانن‌ها، فلاونوئیدها، آلکالوئیدها، ساپونین‌ها و عدم وجود آنتراکینون‌ها و گلیکوزید‌های قلبی در اغلب گیاهان مورد بررسی است. برخی از گیاهان جمع&lrm;آوری شده دارای کاربردهای درمانی متنوعی از جمله در درمان بیماری‌های مربوط به دستگاه گوارشی، عصبی و سیستم تنفسی هستند.<br> <strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> به‌نظر می‌رسد که منطقۀ مریوان حاوی پراکندگی وسیعی از گونه‌های گیاهی و از جمله گیاهان دارویی ارزشمند است و انجام پژوهش‌های بیشتر در این رابطه می‌تواند به شناسایی گونه‌های دارویی واجد اثرات درمانی و ترکیبات دارویی ارزشمند کمک شایانی کند.<br> &nbsp;</span></span> <div><strong>Background and Purpose:</strong> Regard to the diversity of climate and plant flora, nowadays we are witnessing growing progress in the cultivation and use of medicinal plants in our country. Study of plant flora of different regions, identifying major industrial and medicinal plants and phytochemical study of plants are appropriate solutions for scientific organization of this approach. The present study is aimed to collect, identify and evaluate preliminary phytochemical and ethnobotanical properties of the most important plants in &ldquo;Mariwan&rdquo; region.<br> <strong>Methods and Materials:</strong> Most prevalent and important plants of &ldquo;Mariwan&rdquo; were collected in 2013 and 2014. Voucher specimens were made and the plants identified scientifically by the botanist. A selection of collected plants was subjected to preliminary phytochemical analysis for important secondary metabolites, while folklore and traditional uses of plants were recorded through interviews with local knowledgeable individuals.<br> <strong>Results: </strong>170 collected plant species were belonged to 41 families, among them the families of Papilionaceae, Compositae, Labiatae and Umbelliferae had the largest share. Phytochemical analyses revealed the presence of tannins and flavonoids and the absence of anthraquinones and cardiac glycosides in the majority of the plants. Alkaloids and saponins were also found in some of the plants. Most important ethnobotanical uses of plants were medicinal applications including treatment of gastrointestinal, neurological and respiratory diseases and also the use of plants as condiment.<br> <strong>Conclusion:</strong> The results of present study suggest a broad distribution of plant species, including valuable medicinal plants in the &ldquo;Mariwan&rdquo; region.
