fa آزمون صلاحیت حرفه ای پزشکان در کتاب ادب الطبیب تخصصي Special اصيل پژوهشي Origianal Research <span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><strong><span style="color:black;">سابقه و هدف:</span></strong> <span style="color:black;">تعیین صلاحیت حرفه‌ای پزشکان یکی از موضوعات مهم و قابل‌توجه در نظام آموزشی و درمانی طب در دوران تمدن اسلامی به شمار می‌آمد؛ از این رو تعدادی شیوه‌نامه به‌منظور آزمون تعیین صلاحیت پزشکان در آثار حکمای طب در تمدن اسلامی مشاهده می‌شود. از جملۀ این آثار، کتاب <em>ادب ‌الطبیب</em> اسحاق&rlm;بن&rlm;‌علی رهاوی، از دانشمندان قرن سوم هجری قمری است که از جمله اولین آثار شناخته‌شده با موضوع اخلاق پزشکی است. در این کتاب، شیوه‌نامه‌ای فراگیر و دقیق به‌منظور تعیین صلاحیت حرفه‌ای پزشکان ارائه شده است. هدف از این مقاله، بررسی نحوۀ تعیین صلاحیت حرفه‌ای پزشکان طبق آموزه‌های کتاب <em>ادب ‌الطبیب</em> است. </span><br> <strong><span style="color:black;">مواد و روش‌ها:</span></strong><span style="color:black;"> در این مقالۀ مروری، به بررسی و تحلیل موضوع آزمون تعیین صلاحیت پزشکان در کتاب <em>ادب ‌الطبیب</em> نوشتۀ اسحاق&rlm;بن‌&rlm;علی رهاوی پرداخته و مطالب گردآوری شده به روش تحلیل محتوایی ارائه شد.</span><br> <strong><span style="color:black;">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></strong><span style="color:black;"> رهاوی برای تعیین صلاحیت حرفه‌ای پزشکان، آزمونی طراحی می‌کند که شامل دو بخش نظری و عملی است. بخش نظری به سان مصاحبه‌ای عمیق است که آگاهی و نگرش پزشکان را ارزیابی می‌کند و در بخش عملی، مهارت‌های عملی پزشک مثل آشنایی با ابزارها و روش‌های انجام جراحی و برخی اعمال یداوی همچون فصد ارزیابی می‌شود. در این آزمون علاوه بر سنجش آگاهی آزمون‌دهنده از مبانی نظری و علوم پایه پزشکی، ارزیابی دانش و مهارت در مورد اصول و فنون تخصصی همراه با جزئیات آن مدنظر قرار گرفته است؛ و چنین نتیجه‌گیری می‌شود که اسحاق&rlm;بن&rlm;‌علی رهاوی در کتاب <em>ادب ‌الطبیب</em> به طراحی و تدوین آزمونی فراگیر و ساختارمند با هدف تعیین صلاحیت حرفه‌ای پزشکان می‌پردازد تا ابزاری برای ارزیابی دانش، آگاهی، نگرش، رفتار و مهارت‌های مختلف پزشکان در اختیار جامعۀ علمی زمان خود قرار دهد که برخی مطالب آن بعد از گذشت صدها سال، جای تأمل و استفادۀ بیشتر دارد.</span></span></span> <div> <div><strong>Background and Purpose:</strong> Determination of the professional competence of physicians was one of the most important and significant issues in the educational and therapeutic system of medicine in Islamic civilization. Hence, there were some approaches to test physicians in manuscripts of sages in Islamic civilization era. One of these works is &lsquo;<em>Adab al-Tabib</em>&rsquo;, a well-known historic book on medical ethics written by Ishaq ibn Ali al-Ruhawi (8th century AD). In this book, comprehensive and accurate approaches to determine the professional competence of physicians were provided. The aim of this paper is to review the determination of physicians&rsquo; professional competence according to the text of <em>Adab al-Tabib</em>.<br> <strong>Methods and Materials:</strong> In this review article, we reviewed and analyzed the subject of the physicians&#39; professional competence exam in the &lsquo;<em>Adab al-Tabib</em>&rsquo; by Ishaq ibn Ali al-Ruhawi and the content was compiled by means of content analysis.<br> <strong>Conclusion:</strong> Al-Ruhawi designed a bipartite exam to determine the professional competence of physicians; the theoretical part assesses the physician&rsquo;s knowledge and attitude like a deep interview. While in the practical part, practical skills such as familiarity with the tools and methods of operation and some practices such as &ldquo;Fasd&rdquo; (Phlebotomy) were evaluated. During this exam, assessment of the principles and techniques of specialized knowledge with full details have been considered in addition to knowledge of the theoretical foundations and basic sciences. In conclusion, Ishaq ibn Ali al-Ruhawi designed a structured comprehensive examination for the determination of the professional competence of physicians in order to provide an instrument to assess physicians&rsquo; knowledge, attitude, behavior, and skills for the use of his time scientific society.
