fa کهیر(شرا) و آنژیوادم (ماشرا) از منظر طب سنتی ایران تخصصي Special مروري Review Article <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><strong>سابقه و هدف:</strong>&nbsp;کهیر(<em><span dir="LTR">Urticaria</span></em>) و آنژیوادم (<em><span dir="LTR">Angioedema</span></em>) دو بیماری شایعند که بسیاری از افراد در طول زندگی به آن‌ها مبتلا می‌‌شوند و با عود بالایی همراه هستند. با توجه به اهمیت تجارب طب سنتی و به‌منظور ارائه پیشنهادات طب سنتی برای درمان و پیشگیری از عود بیماری، این تحقیق انجام گرفت. کهیر و آنژیوادم از منظر طب سنتی و طب جدید و درمان‌های آن‌ها مورد بررسی قرار گیرند.<br> <strong>مواد و روش‌ها:</strong> تحقیق به روش جستجو در منابع کتابخانه ای و الکترونیک از جمله دیتابانک‌های <span dir="LTR"><em>Web of Science </em></span><em>و <span dir="LTR">Google Scholar</span>&nbsp; </em>با کلید واژه‌های کهیر و آنژیوادم و <em><span dir="LTR">Urticaria</span></em>، <em><span dir="LTR">Angioedema</span></em> و .... با بررسی مقالات مرتبط در این پایگاه‌ها صورت گرفت. بیش از۵۰ مقاله در طب جدید و بیش از ۱۰ منبع طب سنتی در خصوص تعریف، علائم و درمان فیش برداری و تجزیه و تحلیل و گزارش شد.<br> <strong><span dir="RTL">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></strong><span dir="RTL"> در منابع طب سنتی تعریف کهیر با شرا و آنژیوادم با ماشرا مطابقت بیشتری دارد و ۴۰ نوع مفرده به صورت تک داروئی و ۱۲ داروی ترکیبی جهت درمان این دو بیماری در طب سنتی پیشنهاد شده است.&nbsp; با توجه به وجود داروهای مختلف در درمان کهیر و آنژیوادم در منابع طب سنتی پیشنهاد می‌شود اثر بخشی آن‌ها با کار آزمائی‌های بالینی مورد بررسی قرار گیرد.</span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><br> <strong>Background and Purpose:</strong>&nbsp; Urticaria and Angioedema are two common diseases that most people have during their lives and they have a high risk of relapse. In this research, we have tried to discuss Urticaria and Angioedema from the perspective of Traditional Iranian Medicine and modern medicine and report recommended treatments in Persian medicine texts. Because of importance of Traditional Iranian Medicine ,s sagestions for these diseases, this research has been done.<br> Methods and Materials: The research has been done by reading related articles and reliable databanks such as Web of science, Google scholar and &hellip;.. with key words of Urticaria, Angioedema. Over than 50 articles in modern medicine and 10 text books in Traditional Iranian Medicine have been investigated in the definitions, symptoms and treatments.<br> <strong>Results: </strong>The definition of Urticaria and Angioedema in Modern Medicine is more consistent with Shera and Mashera disorders in Traditional Iranian Medicine. 40 medicinal plants for monotherapy and 12 combination drug products for the treatment of these two diseases in Traditional Iranian Medicine&nbsp; are suggested..<br> <strong>Conclusion:</strong> As in Traditional Iranian Medicine, a lots of single and compound herbal drugs have been suggested to treat Urticaria and Angioedema, their effects can be tested by the clinical trials.</div> کهیر, آنژیوادم, شرا, ماشرا, طب سنتی ایران.
