fa فلفل سیاه تخصصي Special مروري Review Article <span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;">فلفل سیاه که بیش از ۴۰۰۰ سال سابقه کشت و استفاده در هندوستان دارد درختچه‌ای است که میوه‌های کروی و سیاه رنگ آن یکی از طعم دهنده‌های مهم در جهان محسوب می‌شود. فلفل سیاه طبق دیدگاه طب سنتی ایران طبیعت گرم و خشک دارد و در بیماری‌های بلغمی اعضای مختلف نظیر سیستم تنفسی، دستگاه گوارش، عضلات و مفاصل بسیار مؤثر است. این گیاه در ایران وجود ندارد و همه ساله از طریق کشورهای هندوستان و پاکستان به ایران وارد می‌شود. بررسی‌های انجام شده در متون طب سنتی و متون گیاه‌شناسی نوین نشان می‌دهد که فلفل سیاه را می‌توان معادل گونه .Piper nigrum L دانست.</span></span> <table border="0" cellpadding="5px" cellspacing="2" dir="ltr" id="table_article" width="100%"> <tbody> <tr> <td colspan="2"> <p>Black pepper with more than 4000 years history of culture and consumption in India is a shrub which spherical fruits are considered as an important spice in all over the world. From the view of Iranian traditional medicine, it has hot and dry temperament and is used for phlegmatic diseases from different organs such as respiratory tract, gastrointestinal system, muscles, and joints. This plant does not exist in Iran and it is imported to Iran from India and Pakistan every year.
