fa مقایسه طب سنتی و جدید در درمان سل تخصصي Special اصيل پژوهشي Origianal Research <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><strong>سابقه و هدف:</strong> بیماری سل بشر را از بیش از چهار هزار سال پیش تا کنون می‌کشته است. با کشف دارو های قوی تصور میشد این بیماری ریشه کن شود؛ ولی با ظهور مقاومت دارویی، هنوز هم به عنوان یکی از بزرگترین کشنده‌های جهان محسوب می‌شود. لذا هدف از این تحقیق مقایسه طب سنتی و جدید در مواجهه با سل و تشویق پژوهشگران &rlm;برای یافتن داروهای جدید با رویکرد طب سنتی و منشا طبیعی است.</span></span></p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><strong>مواد و روش‌ها:‌</strong> تحقیق به روش مطالعه کتابخانه‌ای و توصیفی انجام گرفت. منابع مطالعه، از طریق نرم افزار کتابخانه جامع طب بررسی و جستجو شد. و با بهره‌گیری از نتایج تحقیقات پژوهشگران طب سنتی به فارماکولوژی داروی پیشنهادی پرداخته شد.&rlm; نحوه درمان سل در طب جدید هم با استفاده از کتب و مقالات به روز استخراج شد. همچنین برای درک بهتر نحوه اثر داروها ساختار و متابولیسم باکتری مورد بررسی قرار گرفت.</span></span></p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><strong>یافته ها:</strong> بیشترین داروی ذکر شده در طب سنتی ایرانی اسلامی سیر و &rlm;شیر خر می‌باشد. ماده موثره سیر &ndash; آلیسین &ndash; اهداف مختلفی را در عامل بیماری دنبال می‌کند و عوارض جانبی خاصی ندارد. دارو های طب جدید برای درمان سل شامل ایزونیازید، ریفامپین، استرپتو مایسین، و اتامبوتول میباشد. که هر کدام یک یا تعداد محدودی از اجزای باکتری را مورد هدف قرار می‌دهند؛ بعلاوه عوارض جانبی جدی دارند.</span></span></p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><strong>نتیجه گیری:</strong> با توجه به نحوه اثر دارو ها می‌توان گفت میکروب عامل بیماری در مواجهه با داروهای جدید، با ایجاد یک جهش یا مسیر جایگزین می‌تواند بهراحتی نسبت به دارو مقاوم شود؛ در حالی‌که این میکروب در برابر داروی طبیعی سیر که چندین مکانیسم باکتری را همزمان مختل می‌کند بندرت می‌تواند راه گریزی بیابد. و با مقایسه اثرات جانبی داروها پیشنهاد می‌شود با تلفیق طب سنتی و جدید داروهای موثر و بی خطر برای درمان بیماری طراحی شود.</span></span></p> <div> <p><strong>Background and Purpose:</strong> It is believed that tuberculosis has been killing human beings for over 4000 years. After developing powerful drugs, scientists imagined it would be eradicated; but emerge of drug resistant strains changed the result. Thus the main aim of this study is to compare traditional and modern medicine in order to achieve new effective drugs on the basis of traditional medicine and natural origin.</p> <p><strong>Methods and Materials:</strong> This is a descriptive library study. The majority of references was searched and studied by the &quot;comprehensive medicine software&quot;. Then the most recommended drugs pharmacology is explained according to traditional medicine researches. Either modern medicine drugs for TB treatment, in recent articles or other resources, are reviewed. For a better understanding of drugs mechanisms, structure and metabolism of mycobacterium is discussed.</p> <p><strong>Results:</strong> the most recommended drug in Islamic Iranian traditional medicine is garlic and donkey milk respectively. The garlic effective material, Allicine, targets many pathways in causing bacterium, and fortunately doesn&#39;t have serious side effects. Some of the most important drugs of modern medicine for TB treatment are Isoniazid, Rifampicin, Streptomycin and Ethambutol. Which all of them target a limited part of bacterium in addition to dangerous toxicities.</p> <p><strong>Conclusion:</strong> according to the drugs mechanisms, it&rsquo;s a short way for bacterium to gain resistance against modern medicine drugs, by changing one pathway or target after a simple mutation. In comparison when facing with the natural drug, garlic, which targets multiple pathways simultaneously, it loses to survive.
