fa بررسی اسباب بد رنگی پوست و راه‌های ایجاد خوشرنگی آن از دیدگاه طب سنتی ایرانی تخصصي Special اصيل پژوهشي Origianal Research <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><strong>سابقه و هدف:</strong> رنگ پوست و تغییرات آن که می‌تواند وجه مشخصه بسیاری از بیماری‌های پوستی باشد، ابزاری مهم در&nbsp; تحقیقات پوستی به شمار می‌آید. این ویژگی، قابلیت تأثیرپذیری از عوامل داخلی و خارجی بدن را دارد که البته توجه به اثر عوامل داخلی در طب رایج به جز برخی از موارد بسیار اندک می‌باشد. طب سنتی ایران ضمن بیان جامع این موارد، عواملی که می‌تواند موجب تغییر رنگ پوست از حالت طبیعی شود را مورد بررسی قرار داده و در هر مورد نیز با توجه به عامل ایجادکننده راهکار درمانی متناسبی ارائه می‌دهد. هدف از این مقاله اطلاع از دیدگاه‌های طب سنتی ایرانی در مورد علل بدرنگی پوست و راه‌های ایجاد خوشرنگی در آن می‌باشد.</span></span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><strong>مواد و روش‌ها:</strong> این تحقیق به روش مطالعه کتابخانه‌ای انجام گرفت. در کتب مرجع طب سنتی ایران و نیز سایت‌ها و مقالات مربوط به موضوع،&nbsp; کلمات کلیدی آن جستجو و گزارش شد.</span></span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><strong>&nbsp;نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> علل بد رنگی پوست و نیز راهکارهاری درمانی آن توسط حکمای طب سنتی ایران به طور جامع مورد بحث و ریشه‌یابی قرار گرفته، این در حالی است که رویکرد طب رایج به خوشرنگ کننده‌های موضعی که اثری موقت داشته و حتی در پاره‌ای از موارد می‌تواند اثر معکوس داشته باشد معطوف شده است. بنابراین آشنایی با این علل و درمان اصولی آنها می‌تواند در رفع ریشه‌ای این مشکل اثر کامل‌تر و ماندگارتری داشته باشد.</span></span></p> <p></p><p></p> <p><strong>Background and Purpose:</strong> Skin color and its changes which can be as a sign of many skin disorders may be as a significant assessment for dermatologic studies. This may be influenced by internal and external factors&sbquo; of course the internal factors are not mentioned enough. These conditions and their treatment considering the basic etiology have been consulted by traditional Persian medicine philosophers.</p> <p><strong>Methods and Materials:</strong> This article is a product of a library study in the main references of Traditional Persian Medicine texts and related articles using related key words about the etiology of skin discoloration and the ways for its treatment.</p> <p><strong>Conclusion:</strong> The etiology of skin discoloration and its therapeutic methods have been discussed very well by Traditional Persian Medicine philosophers&sbquo; whereas the common medicine approach is mostly bowed to topical agents&sbquo; which have only temporary effects and also may make it worse.
