fa مروری بر تئوری های مطرح شده در مورد مکانیسم اثردرمانی حجامت تخصصي Special مروري Review Article <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><strong>سابقه و هدف: </strong>حجامت یکی از روش‌های درمانی مرسوم در طب سنتی بسیاری از کشورهای دنیاست که به منظور بازگردان تعادل به بدن بیماران بکار می رفته است.امروزه استفاده از این روش درمانی بطور قابل توجهی رو به افزایش است اما تلاش قابل توجهی برای بیان علت تاثیر این روش درمانی و مکانیسم های عمل آن، صورت نپذیرفته است.این مقاله به منظور بررسی تئوری‌هایی که در مورد مکانیسم ایجاد اثرات درمانی حجامت در دنیا مطرح شده طراحی گردیده است.</span></span></p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><strong>مواد و روش‌ها:</strong> در این مقاله مروری از دو سامانه &quot;&quot; <span dir="LTR">&nbsp;Google scholar</span>و &quot;<span dir="LTR">PubMed</span>&quot; استفاده و کلمات کلیدی &quot;حجامت (<span dir="LTR">Al-hijamah/Cupping</span>)&quot; ،&quot;مکانیسم اثر (<span dir="LTR">Mechanism of action</span>)&quot; ،&quot;تئوری (<span dir="LTR">Theory</span>)&quot; و فرضیه (<span dir="LTR">Hypothesis</span>) بصورت منفرد وترکیبیوبهزبانفارسیوانگلیسیاز سال ۱۹۹۸ تا ۲۰۱۵جستجوگردید.</span></span></p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> از بین مکانیسم های و نظریات مطرح شده، پنج تئوری به نام های تئوری طب یونانی، تئوری انرژی طب چینی، تئوری درد، تئوری اتوهمولیز (<span dir="LTR">Auto hemolysis</span>) وهموستاز(<span dir="LTR">Hemostasis</span>) و تتوری طیبه(<span dir="LTR">Taibah</span>) که شواهد علمی بیشتری در تایید آن‌ها وجو داشت انتخاب و ضمن ارائه توضیحات کامل، دلایل مطرح شده در رد یا تایید آن‌ها بیان گردید.</span></span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><strong><span dir="RTL">نتیجه گیری:</span></strong><span dir="RTL"> بررسی شواهد علمی مطرح شده از سوی ارائه دهندگان تئوری‌ها نشان داد که تئوری طیبه بر اساس شواهد و مستندات علمی قوی‌تری پایه گذاری شده است و شاید در آیند پس از بررسی‌های بیشتر بتوان از آن به عنوان مکانیسم اصلی تاثیر درمانی حجامت استفاده نمود.</span></span></span></p> <div> <p><strong>Background and Purpose:</strong> Cupping therapy is one of the traditional folk medicine in many countries that is used in patents to restore balance to their bodies. Today the use of this treatment significantly increased but considerable effort to explain the mechanism of the effect of this treatment and presented in relation to it, has not been. To investigate the theories about the mechanism of the therapeutic effects of cupping that discussed above in the world this review was designed</p> <p><strong>Methods and Materials:</strong> In this review article, two systems, &quot;Google scholar&quot; and &quot;PubMed&quot; was used for the search. Keywords &quot;Al-hijamah / Cupping&quot;, &quot;mechanism of action&quot;, &quot;theory&quot; and &quot;hypothesis &quot; individually and in combination, in Persian and English from 1998 to 2015 were searched.</p> <p><strong>Results:</strong> Among the mechanisms and theories have been proposed, five theories, namely the theory of Greek medicine, Chinese medicine theory of energy, Pain theory, Auto hemolytic and Homeostasis theory and Taibah theory that had more scientific evidence to confirm Were chosen and provide more complete description reasons for rejection or approval there.</p> <p><strong>Conclusion:</strong> The scientific evidence presented by providers theories, showed that Taibah theory has stronger scientific evidence and perhaps in the future after further investigation it can be used as the primary mechanism of the effect of cupping therapy.</p> <p></p></div> حجامت, تئوری,مکانیسم اثر, فرضیات Cupping, theory, mechanism of action, hypothesis 191 200 http://jiitm.ir/browse.php?a_code=A-10-1-328&slc_lang=fa&sid=1 M.R.
