fa بررسی دررفتگی ناف از منظر طب سنتی ایران تخصصي Special اصيل پژوهشي Origianal Research <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><strong>سابقه و هدف:</strong> دررفتگی ناف اصطلاح مربوط به بیماری مشهوری میان مردم است، ولی توصیف و توضیح این بیماری در متون طب سنتی ایران کمتر دیده می‌شود. لذا بر آن‌ شدیم مطالب مربوط به دررفتگی ناف را از متون طب سنتی ایران جمع‌آوری‌ و ارائه کنیم.</span></span></p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><strong>مواد و روش‌ها:</strong> مطالعه حاضر،&nbsp; بررسی کتابخانه‌ای منابع طب ‌سنتی ‌ایران با موضوع دررفتگی ناف است. در این مطالعه تعریف، علل، علائم و درمان دررفتگی ناف بررسی شد.</span></span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><strong><span dir="RTL">&nbsp;یافته‌ها:</span></strong><span dir="RTL"> دررفتگی ناف در منابع طب سنتی ایران با واژه &quot;تحرک سُرِّه&quot; یا &quot;سقوط سُرِّه&quot; بیان‌ شده ‌است. تحرک سرّه با علایم مختلفی در شرح ‌حال و معاینه مشخص می‌شود. درمان تحرک سرّه مانند سایر بیماری‌ها در طب سنتی ایران شامل تدابیر غذایی، دارویی و اعمال یداوی است .</span></span></span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span dir="RTL"><strong>بحث و نتیجه گیری:</strong> از منظر طب سنتی ایران به ‌نظر ‌می‌رسد توصیه‌هایی پیرامون پرهیز از انجام حرکات شدید، سخت و سریع می‌تواند به حفظ سلامتی در راستای عدم ابتلا به دررفتگی ناف کمک کند.</span></span></span></p> <div> <p><strong>Background and Purpose:</strong> Umbilicus dislocation is a famous disease among the people. But this disease has been explained less in Iranian Traditional Medicine (ITM)&rsquo;s manuscripts. So, we decided to collect the contents related to umbilicus dislocation.</p> <p><strong>Methods and Materials:</strong> This is a library article that studied umbilicus dislocation in ITM&#39;s references. This study was searched definitions, causes, symptoms, signs and treatments of umbilicus dislocation.</p> <p><strong>Results:</strong> Umbilicus dislocation has been expressed &ldquo;Taharok-e Sorre&rdquo; or &ldquo;Soghoot-e Sorre&rdquo; in ITM. Umbilicus dislocation has expressed by various symptoms and signs.
