fa تنگی‌نفس‌ها و بیماری آسم در طب سنّتی تخصصي Special اصيل پژوهشي Origianal Research <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;">در این تحقیق به‌منظور روشن شدن تاریخچه‌ و چگونگی درمان انواع تنگی‌‌نفس‌ها و آسم، سیر‌تکاملی درمان از دوران باستان تا پایان سال ۱۳۲۳ هجری قمری مطابق با ۱۹۰۵ میلادی (دارالفنون ناصری) بررسی شد. شایع‌ترین بیماری‌هایی که پزشکان سنّتی به بیماری‌های دستگاه تنفسی به‌شرح و بحث در‌باره‌ی آن‌ها پرداخته‌اند، شامل: انتفاخ الریه (آمفیزم ریوی)، انتفاخ الصدر (پنوموتراکس)، نفث‌ الدم (هموپتیزی)، هموراژی‌های دستگاه تنفس، خونریزی صدری و تشخیص ‌افتراقی آن، ‌خونریزی ریوی، آبسه‌های ریوی، سل، ذات ‌الجنب، ذات ‌الریه، برونشیت، ورم حجاب حاجز، عدم تمدّد ریه (آتلکتازی) و بالاخره نفس‌ الانتصاب<em>(ORTHOPNEA)</em> ، ضیق ‌النفس<em>(DISPNEA)</em> و ربو&nbsp;<em>(</em>B<em>RONCHIAL ASTHMA) </em>در این مقاله مورد بحث قرار گرفته است. تلاش شده است مهم‌ترین منابع طب سنّتی و الزاماً سایر درمان‌ها و خدمات ذکر شده در درمان این بیماری‌ها در این مقاله مورد بررسی و معرفی قرار گیرد و نام علمی گیاهان مورد استفاده به طور مشخص ذکر گردد.</span></span></p> <p>In order to clarify the history and methods for treatment of various forms of dyspnea and asthma, in this paper we addressed the evolutionary trend of treatment of these diseases from ancient times to 1905 A.D. (Dar-ol Fonun-e Naseri). The most common forms of diseases, the traditional medicine physicians have described and discussed are pulmonary emphysema, pneumothorax, hemoptysis, hemorrhages of respiratory system, hemorrhages of thorax and their differential diagnoses, pulmonary hemorrhage, pulmonary abscesses, tuberculosis, pleurisy, pneumonia, bronchitis, pleuritis, atelectasis, orthopnea, dyspnea, and bronchial asthma. In this paper, we have addressed these conditions.
