fa افسنتین از دیدگاه طب سنتی ایران و طب مدرن تخصصي Special اصيل پژوهشي Origianal Research <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><strong>سابقه و هدف:</strong> پراکنش افسنتین در مازندران، گیلان، آذربایجان، کردستان، تهران و خراسان است. در منابع طب سنتی ایران افسنتین جهت درمان بسیاری از بیماری‌ها معرفی شده است. هدف از این مطالعه، مروری بر منابع طب سنتی ایران در مورد افسنتین و بررسی اثرات مشاهده شده از آن در مستندات علمی اخیر است که ضمن بررسی تطبیقی این موارد، این گیاه و اثرات آن در طب سنتی و پزشکی نوین معرفی&nbsp;شود.</span></span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><strong>مواد و روش‌ها:</strong> مطالعه حاضر از نوع مروری بوده و بر اساس جستجوی کتابخانه‌ای در منابع اصلی و مکتوب طب سنتی ایران، و تطبیق آن‌ها با مقالات روز و منابع طب رایج تدوین شده است.</span></span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> بررسی‌های عملی اثرات آنتی‌اکسیدانی، محافظت کبدی، ضد کرم، ضد مالاریا، محافظت نورونی، ضد صرع، ضد انگلی، ضد سم مار و ضد سرطانی از گیاه افسنتین را نشان می‌دهند. بررسی فیتوشیمیایی عصاره افسنتین حضور سزکویی ترپن لاکتون‌ها، فلاونوئیدها، اسیدهای فنلیک، تانن‌ها، روغن‌های فرار، رزین‌ها، لاکتون‌ها و اسیدهای اورگانیک را نشان می‌دهد. باتوجه به خاصیت آنتی‌اکسیدانی، ضد التهابی و مهار رادیکال‌های آزاد این ترکیبات، می‌توان اثرات گیاه را به آن‌ها نسبت داد.</span></span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><strong>بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: </strong>به نظر می‌رسد یافته‌ها، همخوانی بسیار نزدیک منابع طب سنتی و طب جدید را نشان می‌دهد بنابراین با بررسی دقیق‌تر متون گذشتگان و استفاده از یافته‌های جدید علمی می‌توان از این گیاه، فرآورده‌های دارویی برای درمان انواع بیماری‌ها تهیه کرد.</span></span></p> <div> <p><strong>Background and Purpose: </strong>Dispersion of absinthium in Iran: Mazandaran, Gilan, Azerbaijan, Kurdistan, Tehran and Khorasan. In sources of traditional medicine, absinthium is used for treathment of many diseases. This is achieved by reviewing the references of Iranian traditional medicine as well as the observations cited in recent scientific evidence, and carrying out comparative evaluation of these items.</p> <p><strong>Material and methods:</strong> the present study has been an overview study and has been codificated by Library search in the main source of Traditional Persian Medicine and adjastment them with modern articles and medicine.</p> <p><strong>Results: </strong>It has been observed the antioxidant activity, hepatoprotective, anthelmintic effect, anti malaria, neuroprotective, antiepileptic, antiparasitic, anti-snake venom and anticancer activity from Artemisia absinthium L. In practical survey. Phytochemical analyses revealed the presence of sesquiterpene lactones, flavonoids, phenolic acids, tannins, essential oils, resin, lactons and Organic acids in extract of&nbsp; Artemisia absinthium L..</p> <p><strong>Conclusion:</strong> this show the very close&nbsp; adjustment between&nbsp; the practical finding carried on&nbsp; Artemisia absinthium L. and source of Traditional Persian Medicine.
