fa برخی نکته‌ها در وصایای اخلاقی کتاب رموز اعظم تخصصي Special اصيل پژوهشي Origianal Research <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><strong>سابقه و هدف:</strong> نقش پزشک در علوم پزشکی به عنوان جایگاهی که کلیدی&shy;‌ترین نقش را در پیشگیری، درمان و بهبود بیماران ایفا می‌&shy;کند، همیشه مورد توجه بوده است. از این رو، اخلاق پزشکی و نحوه تربیت و آموزش قشر علوم پزشکی و به‌ویژه پزشکان نیز دغدغه جدیدی نبوده و پیرامون این موضوع از دیرباز، مطالب بسیاری نگاشته شده و تحقیقات متعدد، از زوایای مختلف آن را مورد بررسی قرار داده&shy;‌ا‌‌ند.</span></span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><strong>مواد و روش‌ها:</strong> در این مطالعه برای دست‌یابی به هدف پژوهش با استفاده از روش کتابخانه‌ای و جمع‌آوری شواهد و تحلیل و طبقه‌بندی یافته‌ها، سرفصل‌های اخلاقی از مقدمه کتاب رموز اعظم، نوشته محمد اعظم خان گردآوری شد و سپس از مقایسه این یافته&shy;‌ها با مطالب نوین مرتبط با اخلاق و تربیت پزشکی، جلوه‌های خاص کتاب رموز اعظم در حوزه اخلاق بحث و تحلیل شد.</span></span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><strong>یافته‌ها: </strong>اشارات اخلاقی محمد اعظم خان در کتاب رموز اعظم که در کنار آن از سخنان پیامبر اکرم (ص) و حکایات منقول از پزشکانی چون بقراط، افلاطون، جالینوس و سقراط نیز بهره گرفته شده است، حاوی آموزه&shy;‌هایی همچون بیان شرایط مطلوب پزشک از نظر روحی، اخلاقی، مذهبی، ظاهری و باطنی، سن، ارتباط با خداوند و خصلت&shy;‌های اخلاقی، نحوه ارتباط با همکاران، پاکیزگی و بهداشت، تشویق به کسب تجربه به واسطه سفر، ضرورت تسلط بر دانش‌هایی چون منطق، بیماری‌شناسی، داروشناسی، نجوم و هیأت، هندسه، موسیقی، علم امراض، نحوه امتحان اطبا از نظر علمی و اخلاقی و اشاره به عادات مهم بعد از کسب علم توسط پزشک از قبیل رسیدگی به امور بیمارستان، تلاش در شناخت بیماری‌های جدید، رسیدگی به شکایات بیمارانش، نحوه صحیح تجویز داروها، اولویت در درمان مسافران، نحوه ارتباط با بیماران و چندین و چند نکته اخلاقی دیگر است.</span></span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><strong>بحث و نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> باتوجه به مفاهیم اررزشمند کتاب رموز اعظم در باب اخلاق و منش پزشکی و صدالبته نیاز امروز جامعه، اطلاع‌رسانی آن در کنار سوگندنامه بقراط - که لزوم رعایت موارد آن در زمینه علمی و عملی به بر جامعه علوم پزشکی مبرهن است &ndash; می‌تواند راهگشای بسیاری از زوایای فراموش شده در این زمینه باشد.</span></span></p> <div> <p><strong>Background and Purpose:</strong> The Physicians have always had the most important role in maintaining health, prevention and treatment of disease. Ethical issues are not new topics in medical field and throughout the centuries, many Physicians have attempted to introduce ethical standards based on either religious beliefs or society routines. Current study represents ethical and scientific issues which have been mentioned in Romuz-e Azam, an ancient manuscript written by an Iranian Muslim physician Hakim Mohammad Azam Khan (19th century AD).</p> <p><strong>Material and methods:</strong> In present study, the characteristics of a competent physician were extracted from the preface of Romuz-e Azam, a pharmacopoeia of traditional medicine, and then the findings were compared with related content according to the standards of conventional medical ethics.</p> <p><strong>Results:</strong> Quotes of Prophet Mohammad and the medical anecdotes narrated by Hippocrates, Plato and Galen were mentioned in this book. Ethical implications were introduced through five chapters: (1) Moral issues that a physician has to follow, (2) essential sciences for a physician, (3) the cases that a physician must strive after the acquisition of knowledge, (4) the issues which a physician has to avoid, (5) how to evaluate a physician. This book suggested the desirable aspects of a physician such as mental, religious, age, inward and outward, communication skills and relations between physicians and their colleagues and patients, neatness and hygiene, encouragement to gaining experience through travels and necessity of awareness about other majors such as logic, astronomy, geometry and music. Also in this book it has been studied how to examine physicians scientifically and ethically, hospital standards requirement, identification of new diseases, getting along with patient complaints, correct prescription of medications, prioritization of passengers treatment .</p> <p><strong>Conclusion:</strong> Ethical outlines have many similarities with the Hippocratic Oath.
