fa بررسی عوامل مؤثر بر رضایتمندی بیماران از طب سنتی در شهر کرمان سال 1393 تخصصي Special اصيل پژوهشي Origianal Research <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:tahoma;"><strong>سابقه و هدف:</strong> در طب سنتی، پزشک برای پیشگیری، تشخیص یا درمان بیماری&shy;‌های جسمی و روانی از گیاهان دارویی یا حیواناتی مثل زالو و برخی اوقات اعمالی مانند حجامت برای پیشبرد مقاصد خود استفاده می&shy;‌کند. بنا به دلایلی این نوع طب در سال&shy;‌های اخیر مورد استقبال زیادی در ایران و به‌خصوص در شهر کرمان قرار گرفته است، لذا به منظور تعیین عوامل و رضایتمندی افراد از این شیوۀ درمانی هدف اصلی این پژوهش است.</span></span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:tahoma;"><strong>مواد و روش‌ها:</strong> تحقیق به روش توصیفی انجام گرفته است. تعداد ۳۰۰ نفر از مراجعه&shy;‌کنندگان زن و مرد به مراکز ارائه&shy;‌دهندۀ خدمات طب سنتی در شهر کرمان بر اساس نمونه&shy;‌گیری به روش مراجعه مستمر انجام گرفته است. میزان رضایتمندی با تعداد ۸&nbsp; شاخص مثل رابطه پزشک با بیمار، هزینه و ... در سه سطح کم، متوسط و زیاد بررسی و ثبت شده است. نقش سن و نحوه آشنایی با طب سنتی و .... با میزان رضایتمندی با آمار توصیفی ارائه شده است.</span></span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:tahoma;"><strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> یافته&shy;‌های تحقیق نشان می‌&shy;دهد که &nbsp;میزان رضایت در (۷۸درصد) بالا و مناسب&nbsp; بوده و بین (میزان تحصیلات، آگاهی، نگرش و علاقه‌مندی، رابطۀ پزشک و بیمار، برخورد پرسنل، هزینۀ درمان، اثربخشی) با متغیر وابسته (میزان رضایتمندی) رابطه&shy;‌ی معناداری وجود دارد. ۵%> p</span></span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:tahoma;"><strong>نتیجه‌گیری: </strong>به نظر می‌رسد که میزان رضایتمندی مردم کرمان از طب سنتی خوب و بالا است و عملکرد پرسنل بیشترین ارتباط و نگرش منفی بیماران کمترین ارتباط را با رضایت بیماران از این شیوه درمانی داشت، لذا پیشنهاد می‌شود جهت افزایش این رضایت به این بخش‌ها توجه بیشتری مبذول شود.</span></span></p> <div> <p><strong>Background and Purpose: </strong>The main objective of the present paper was to study the factors affecting the satisfaction of people with traditional medicine. This study was a survey and the required data were collected using a questionnaire. For this purpose, 300 men and women referring to the centers providing traditional medicine services in the citiy of Kerman were randomly selected based on accessible and targeted sampling. To study the relationship between variables, some statistical tests such as summers, Spearman, Pearson correlation, and stepwise multivariate regression were used.</p> <p><strong>Results: </strong>Study findings showed that there is a significant relationship between independent variables (Education background, awareness, attitude and interest, doctor-patient relationship, personnel behavior, cost of treatment, and effectiveness) and the dependent variable (satisfaction with traditional medicine).</p> <p><strong>Conclusion: </strong>The survey&nbsp; of results of regression analysis also indicated that personnel behavior, awareness of the consequences of traditional medicine, and cost of treatment, respectively, are the most effective factors in the explanation of the dependent variable.</p> </div> رضایتمندی, طب سنتی, کرمان Satisfaction, Traditional medicine, Kerman 241 248 http://jiitm.ir/browse.php?a_code=A-10-1-286&slc_lang=fa&sid=1 S.
