fa جمع آوری، شناسایی و بررسی مصارف سنتی منتخبی از گیاهان منطقه ی گردنه رخ در استان چهارمحال بختیاری تخصصي Special اصيل پژوهشي Origianal Research <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="font-size:14px;">استفاده از گیاهان دارویی به قدمت عمر انسان است، چون بیماری‌ها با پیدایش بشر متولد شده‌اند. اسناد چند هزار ساله موجود در تاریخ طب و داروسازی حاوی تجربیات و اطلاعات ارزشمند گیاه‌درمانی است. تا چند دهه گذشته آنچه که به‌عنوان دارو مورد استفاده قرار می‌گرفت از منابع طبیعی و به‌طور عمده از گیاهان به‌دست می‌آمد. طب سنتی ایران بیشتر بر پایۀ استفاده از گیاهان دارویی استوار است و استفاده از گیاهان دارویی ریشه در سنت ما ایرانیان دارد، بسط و توسعه طب سنتی در کشور نه تنها یکی از راهکارهای گسترش صنعت گیاهان دارویی است، بلکه باتوجه به توصیه‌های سازمان بهداشت جهانی یکی از روش‌های مناسب برای دسترسی راحت عموم مردم به طب مطمئن و ارزانقیمت است. یکی از روش‌هایی که با آن می‌توان به اطلاعات ارزشمندی در رابطه با گیاهان دارویی رسید، بررسی فلور منطقه و ارزیابی اتنوبوتانی آن است. باتوجه به استقبال روزافزون دنیای امروز از داروهای گیاهی و زمینۀ بسیار مساعد جهت رشد و رویش انواع گیاهان دارویی در ایران بر آن شدیم که در جهت شناساندن منابع گیاهان منطقه گردنه رخ گام کوچکی برداریم.<br> <strong>مواد و روش‌ها:</strong> در این تحقیق فلور گیاهی منطقۀ گردنۀ رخ، واقع در استان چهارمحال بختیاری طی سال‌های ۹۳-۹۱ جمع‌آوری و مورد شناسایی سیستماتیک قرار گرفت. همچنین مصارف سنتی و محلی گیاهان جمع‌آوری‌شده از طریق مصاحبۀ حضوری با افراد بومی مورد پرسش قرار گرفت.<br> <strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> این تحقیق نشان داد که اغلب گیاهان منطقه دارای اثر دارویی بوده و برای مطالعات آینده ارزشمند هستند.</span></span></p> <div> <p>The use of medicinal plants is as old as human life. Old documents of medicine and Pharmacy are include experiences and valuable information of treatment plant. Until the last few decades what was used as medicine came mainly from plant and natural resources. Iranian traditional medicine Mainly based on the use of medicinal plants. Medicinal plants are rooted in our tradition, Development of traditional medicine in the country is not only a strategy for development of medicinal plants industry, But also according to the recommendations of the World Health Organization as one of the suitable methods for the public easy access to medicine is safe and cheap prices. One of the ways you can get valuable information regarding medicinal plants is review of the regional flora and evaluation of Ethnobotany. In this study, we have collected and identified the plants in Gardaneh Rokh in Charmahal and Bakhtiari Province. To this end, during 2012 to 2014,the plants of this region where collected and systematically identified. furthermore traditional applications of the collected plants were recorded through interviewing the native people of the region. the result indicated that most plants of the region are valuable medicinal plants.
