fa سنگ شکن‌های خوراکی در طب سنتی ایران تخصصي Special اصيل پژوهشي Origianal Research <div style="font-style: normal; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span class="marker"><strong><span style="background-color:#ffffff;">سابقه وهدف:</span></strong><span style="background-color:#ffffff;"> بر اساس شواهد تاریخی، بیماری سنگ کلیه یکی از بیماری‌هایی است که از گذشته‌های دور مورد ابتلا انسان بوده است، و پیشینیان برای درمان آن از روش‌های مختلف استفاده می&rlm;کرده‌اند. در کتاب&rlm;‌های معتبر طب سنتی، فصل مستقلی به بیماری سنگ کلیه اختصاص داده شده است. برخی از این کتاب&rlm;‌ها قدمتی بیش از هزار سال دارند. غالب آن‌ها به اتیولوژی، علائم و درمان سنگ کلیه پرداخته&rlm;‌اند. این مطالعه با هدف یافتن پاسخ این سوال انجام گرفت که آیا امروزه می‌توان از روش‌های کم عارضه‌تر، موثرتر و ارزان‌تری برای خارج کردن برخی از انواع سنگ کلیه استفاده نمود یا خیر؟</span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="background-color:#ffffff;">&nbsp;</span></span></span></div> <div class="yw-slide-up" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span class="marker"><strong><span style="background-color:#ffffff;">مواد و روش‌ها:</span></strong><span style="background-color:#ffffff;"> این تحقیق یک مطالعه کیفی است. منبع تحقیق آن پنج کتاب معتبر در طب سنتی ایران می‌&rlm;باشد. این کتاب‌ها در قرن نهم، دهم، و یازدهم میلادی تالیف شده‌&rlm;است. مطالب این کتب در ارتباط با درمان سنگ کلیه ابتدا از نظر محتوا، تجزیه و تحلیل (contenet Analysis) و سپس دسته بندی (Formulation) شده است.</span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="background-color:#ffffff;">&nbsp;</span></span></span></div> <div class="yw-slide-up" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span class="marker"><strong><span style="background-color:#ffffff;">یافته‌ها: </span></strong><span style="background-color:#ffffff;">این پنج حکیم ایرانی معتقدند برخی از داروها به طریق خوراکی پس از جذب سیستمیک و ورود به گردش خون کلیوی بر سنگ کلیه اثر کرده و آنها را حل می&rlm;کنند. آن‌ها نام این داروها را &quot;مُفَتِّت&quot; نامیده‌&rlm;اند. این دارو‌ها متنوع بوده و در طبیعت دارای سه منشا معدنی، گیاهی و حیوانی می&rlm;‌باشند.</span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="background-color:#ffffff;">&nbsp;</span></span></span></div> <div class="yw-slide-up" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span class="marker"><strong><span style="background-color:#ffffff;">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></strong><span style="background-color:#ffffff;"> بر اساس شواهد تاریخی مکتوب، برخی داروها از طریق خوراکی می‌&rlm;توانند بر روی سنگ کلیه مؤثر باشند و آن‌ها را حل کنند. این پنج حکیم ایرانی داروهای متعددی با این خصوصیت معرفی کرده‌&rlm;اند. با توجه به مراتب علمی آن‌ها در عصر خود، و نیز با توجه به اینکه آنان در قرون مختلفی زندگی می&rlm;کرده‌&rlm;اند، باید به‌نظر آنان توجه نمود. با توجه به شیوع بالای بیماری سنگ کلیه در جوامع بشری پیشنهاد می‌شود با طراحی مطالعات کارآزمایی بالینی اثر بخشی برخی داروهایی که مورد اتفاق نظر آنان بوده مورد ارزیابی دقیق قرار گیرد.</span></span></span></span></div> <p><strong>Background and Purpose</strong>: Introduction: Based on historical evidence, kidney stones has long been a case of humans, and Iranian traditional physicians have been used various methods to treat it. In their reputable books, independent chapter are dedicated to kidney stones. Some of these books are from more than a thousand years and contain most of the etiology, symptoms and treatment of kidney stones. This study was conducted to answer the question of whether today&#39;s practicing traditional methods can be more effective, more efficient and cheaper to treat some of the stones, or not?<br> <strong>Materials & Methods: </strong>This research is a qualitative study. We used five accredit books of Iranian Traditional Medicine as resources. The books in the ninth century, tenth, and eleventh been compiled. All related contents to the treatment of kidney stones has been analyzed and then classified (formulated).<br> <strong>Results:</strong> The five Iranian wises believe that some oral drugs are absorbed through the systemic circulation and entered kidneys and affects kidney, resolved its stones. They called these drugs &quot;Mofattet&quot;, means lithotripters. They are different in nature and have three sources of mineral, vegetable and animal.<br> <strong>Conclusion:</strong> Based on historical evidence, in writing, some of oral medications can be effective on kidney stones and solve them. The five Iranian sage several medications have been introduced by this feature. Since much of their own time, and also the fact that they lived in different centuries, should be give attention to them.
