fa تهیه یک فرم دارویی از ریزوم زنجبیل بر پایه طب سنتی ایرانی برای رفع تهوع ناشی از شیمی‌درمانی تخصصي Special اصيل پژوهشي Origianal Research <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><strong>سابقه و هدف:</strong> ریزوم زنجبیل(Zingiberofficinale Roscoe) از خانواده Zingiberaceaeدر بیشتر نقاط دنیا برای اختلالات مختلف از جمله اختلالات گوارشی و شرایط التهابی نظیر استئوآرتریت مصرف می‌شود. جینجرول‌ها که در ریزوم تازه و شوگائول‌ها که در ریزوم خشک و مانده بیشتر موجود هستند، از جمله ترکیبات زنجبیل با اثر ضدتهوع هستند. زنجبیل در ایران رشد نمی‌کند. هدف این مطالعه طراحی فرمولاسیونی جدید از گیاه زنجبیل و بر پایه طب ایرانی برای استفاده در بیماران رنجور از عارضۀ تهوع ناشی از شیمی‌درمانی همراه با استانداردسازی فرآورده بر پایه ۶-‌ جینجرول و تعیین تاریخ انقضاء است.<br> <strong>مواد و روش‌ها:</strong> در آذر سال۹۰، مقدار۲۰ کیلوگرم ریزوم زنجبیل تازه از بازار تهران خریداری شد که پس از تایید نام علمی و قطعه خشک‌شدن در دمای آزمایشگاه، یک کیلوگرم پودر زنجبیل خشک به‌دست آمد.عصاره‌گیریبه روش ماسراسیون بااتانول انجام و ۱۰۰ گرم عصاره روغنی حاصل شد. کپسول مورد استفاده شماره صفر معمولی بود. مواد براساس فرمولاسیون به هم مخلوط شده و در کپسول قرار گرفتند. آزمایش‌های پایداری در زمان‌ها و شرایط تعیین‌شده انجام شد.<br> <strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> میزان ۶- جینجرول در عصاره، ۱۴ درصد بود. میزان ۶- جینجرول در کپسول دارویی۵۰۰ میلی‌گرمی در اسفند سال ۹۱ برابر ۱/۲۷میلی‌گرم و در کپسول دارویی در اردیبهشت سال۹۲ برابر۰/۷میلی‌گرم بود.<br> <strong>نتیجه‌گیری: </strong>براساس محاسبات و داده‌ها، فرآورده در شرایط تشدید شده دما پایدار نبود و در نتیجه نمی‌توان برای این فرآورده تاریخ انقضای مشخصی را تعیین کرد.</span></span></p> <div> <p><strong>Background and Purpose:</strong> Rhizome of Zingiber officinale Roscoe (Zingiberaceae) is used in the most parts of the world for healing of different disorders, including digestive problems and inflammatory inconvenience such as Osteoarthritis. Gingerol is present in the fresh rhizome, but in drying process of rhizome it changed to shogaol which both have antinausea effect. The aim of this study is planning a new formulation of ginger based on Iranian traditional medicine for removal of nausea in patients with complications of chemotherapy and standardization of product based on 6-gingerol and definition of expiration date of product.</p> <p><strong>Material and Methods: </strong>on December of 2011, 20 kg of fresh rhizome of ginger was purchased from the Tehran market. After determining of the scientific name, the rhizomes were cut to pieces and dried in laboratory conditions, 1 kg of dry ginger was obtained. Powdered rhizome was extracted by maceration method using ethanol as solvent, after evaporation 100 g of oily extract was obtained. Capsule number zero was filled according to the formulation after mixing of ingredients. Stability examinations were carried out under specified conditions.</p> <p><strong>Results:</strong> Percentage of 6-gingerol in extract was 14% in March 2012, which it was equal to 1.27 mg 6-gingerol in each 500mg capsule, but on May 2012, there were 0.7 mg of 6-gingerol in the drug.</p> </div> <p><strong>Conclusion:</strong> Based on calculations and data processing in conditions of aggravated temperature,&nbsp;&nbsp; expiration date could not be determined for this new product.
