fa توصیف داروهای مقوی قلب و نحوه عملکرد آنها از دیدگاه طب سنتی ایران تخصصي Special اصيل پژوهشي Origianal Research <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><strong>سابقه و هدف: </strong>باتوجه به افزایش شیوع بیماری‌های قلبی- عروقی و بازگشت مردم و پزشکان به‌سمت طب سنتی و مکمل، مرور و ارزیابی مجدد داروهای قلبی، به‌خصوص داروهای مقوی قلب اهمیت و کاربرد بیشتری می‌یابد. در این مقاله سعی بر این است که مفهوم کلی مقویات قلب و نحوۀ عملکرد آن‌ها از دیدگاه طب سنتی ایران شرح داده شود.<br> <strong>مواد و روش‌ها: </strong>این مطالعه نوعی مطالعه مروری کتابخانه‌ای است که با استفاده از منابع طب رایج و و بررسی و گردآوری متون و منابع مهم طب سنتی از جمله القانون فی‌الطب و رساله فی‌ادویه قلبیه (ابن سینا)، مخزن‌الادویه و قرابادین کبیر (عقیلی خراسانی)، الشامل (ابن نفیس قرشی) و سایر کتب و انواع بانک اطلاعاتی از جمله PubMed وscholar Google به انجام رسیده است.<br> <strong>یافته‌ها:</strong>در این تحقیق، با‌توجه به تعریف مقوی (معدّل قوام‌عضو ومزاج آن جهت ممانعت از ورود مواد بیماری‌زا به عضو مورد نظر) و اثر انواع مقویات قلب مشخص شد که قوام عضو با افعالی چون قبض، تقویت جرم قلب، یبوست و تجفیف اعتدال می‌یابد، در حالی‌که تعدیل قوام روح با کمک عطریت، قبض، تلطیف، تنشیف، تصفیه روح از فضول، تقویت روح و تکثیر آن حاصل می‌شود و مزاج عضو از طریق تسخین عضو سردشده، تبرید عضو گرم و تیبیس رطوبات زاید عضو مرطوب اعتدال می‌یابد. همچنین برای مفردات دو ویژگی دیگر ذکر شد (اثر بالخاصیه و تریاقیت) که با مزاج مفرده ارتباطی ندارد و می‌تواند نوعی ویژگی ذاتی در نظر گرفته شود.<br> <strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> متخصصان طب سنتی با یافتن ویژگی‌های اختصاصی هر مفرده مقوی قلب وباتوجه به عامل ایجاد بیماری، می‌توانند جایگاه آن را در درمان بیماری‌های قلبی مشخص کنند. همچنین باتوجه به فراوانی و تنوع مقویات قلب در کتب داروسازی سنتی، می‌توان داروهای جدیدی را برای تقویت قلب پیشنهاد کرد تا مورد آزمایش قرار گیرند.</span></span></p> <div> <p><strong>Background and Purpose:</strong> According to the increasing prevalence of cardiovascular diseases and further tendency of public and medical doctors to the traditional and complementary medicine, review and reassessing of cardiac drugs specially cardiotonics will take more importance and indication. In this article we try to complain the overall meaning of cardiotonic and its mechanisms of action from the viewpoint of Iranian traditional medicine.</p> <p><strong>Material and Methods: </strong>This is a library review article which has been carried out using modern medical references, the main texts of Iranian traditional medicine such as &quot;Al-Qanoon fi al-Tibb&quot; (The Canon of Medicine), &quot;Al-Resaleh fi Al-Adviyah Al-ghalbyah&quot;, &ldquo;Makhzan-al-Adviyah&rdquo;, &ldquo;Gharabadin-e-kabir&rdquo;, &ldquo;As-Shamel fi as-SINA&#39;A at-Tibbiyya&rdquo;, Daruha-yi Qalbi (Cardiac drugs) and databases including Google scholar and PubMed.</p> <p><strong>Results:</strong> According to the definition of tonic drug (modulator of an organ consistency and temperament for prevention of flowing pathogenic fluids to the organ) and the effect of cardiotonic drugs, it was shown that constancy of an organ texture is achieved by astringency (&quot;ghabz&quot;), strengthening the mass of heart, desiccation, dryness and stiffness; while moderation of spirit consistency is obtained through being aromatic, astringency, attenuation, &quot;tanshif&quot; (sponge like action), increase of generation of spirit, and cleansing of spirit. Moderation of the heart temperament is obtained through warming the cold and cooling the hot heart and desiccating the moist of the heart with moist temperament. Besides, two other features were mentioned (&quot;Belkhasyah&quot; (by character) and &quot;theriaqiyat&quot;) that were not related to the temperament of drug and could be considered intrinsic properties.</p> <p><strong>Conclusion:</strong> According to the causative agent of disease and through finding specific features of each drug, traditional medicine practitioners can highlight the place of simple cardiotonics in the treatment of heart diseases.
