fa تاثیر آموزه های بهداشتی زرتشت در طب خوراک ایرانیان باستان تخصصي Special اصيل پژوهشي Origianal Research <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="font-size:14px;">خوراک از مهم‌ترین مولفه‌های سبک زندگی مردم هر سرزمین به حساب می‌آید که از عناصر مختلفی متاثر می‌شود. دین و پزشکی از مهم‌ترین این عوامل به شمار می‌آمده‌اند. دین زرتشت که به ویژه پس از رسمیت یافتن، نفوذ بسیاری در حوزه‌های مختلف زندگی ایرانیان یافت، وارد قلمرو طب و طب‌خوراک هم شد و مهم‌ترین مولفه‌ی شکل‌دهنده آن شد. انحصار آموزش پزشکی توسط نهاد دینی سبب شد بسیاری آموزه‌های پزشکی جنبه دینی یابد. توصیه‌های طب، در حیطه‌ی خوراک شامل مباحث: انواع مواد غذایی، آداب سفره، تعداد وعده‌های غذایی و ممنوعیت‌ها، در دین زرتشتی تغییر قالب دادند. در این مقاله تلاش خواهد شد بر اساس منابع تاریخی و مذهبی به بررسی این حضور و تاثیر پرداخته شود.</span></span></p> <div> <p>Feed of the most important components is the lifestyle of the people in every land.
