fa مروری بر جایگاه اعراض نفسانی و اثر آن بر نازایی: از گذشته تا امروز تخصصي Special اصيل پژوهشي Origianal Research <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><strong>سابقه و هدف:</strong> ناباروری و عوارض آن یکی از مشکلات بزرگ زندگی امروز است. شیوع قابل توجه ناباروری و روش‌&rlm;های درمانی آن که موجب بار عاطفی و اقتصادی سنگینی نیز می&rlm;‌شود دارای تبعات روحی متعددی است. هدف از این مطالعه، سیری در ارتباط اعراض نفسانی با ناباروری از گذشته در کتب طبی سنتی ایرانی تا به امروز می‌&rlm;باشد.<br> <strong>مواد و روش‌ها:</strong> به این ترتیب متون در دسترس طب سنتی ایرانی از قبیل قانون در طب، کامل الصناعه، خلاصه الحکمه، ذخیره خوارزمشاهی، اکسیر اعظم، معالجات عقیلی و .. مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. همچنین با مروری اجمالی نظرات طب کلاسیک در خصوص ارتباط امراض روحی و ناباروری بررسی شد.<br> <strong>نتیچه‌گیری:</strong> به نظر می&rlm;رسد با توجه به آن‌چه که طب سنتی ایرانی در مورد نقش اعضای رئیسه در باروری و اثرات اعراض نفسانی در ضعف و قوت اعضای رئیسه مطرح کرده است. اعراض نفسانی نه تنها نتیجه ناباروری و روند درمان آن هستند، بلکه خود به عنوان یک عامل در ایجاد ناباروری مطرحند تا جای که در اسباب و علل ناباروری به عنوان یک عامل جداگانه توضیح داده شده‌&rlm;اند. اعراض نفسانی در سلامتی انسان نقش مهمی را دارا هستند. چنانکه کنترل غم و شادی، ترس و نگرانی هر یک می‌&rlm;تواند از عواقب ناخوشایندی که می&rlm;‌تواند یکی از آن‌ها ناباروری باشد جلوگیری نماید.</span></span></p> <div> <p>Infertility and its complications is one of the main problems in human&#39;s today life. The high prevalence of infertility and the long process of manage it; make it harder with a load of emotional and financial complications. So it has lots of psychological problems too.</p> <p>This study try to review the connection between psychological factors and infertility as two factors that effect on each other. To this end we carefully evaluated the available Iranian Traditional books such as Al-Qanun, Kamel al-sena&#39;eh, Zakhireh Kharazmshahi, Exir azam, Moalejat Aghili and classic references too.</p> <p>It seems that the theory of the role of main organ in Iranian traditional medicine in infertility and the role of psychological effects on main organ give us a theory. So not only psychological effects are a complication for infertility and the process of manage it, but also they can make infertility.
