fa سرفه از دیدگاه طب نوین و سنتی ایران تخصصي Special اصيل پژوهشي Origianal Research <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><strong>سابقه وهدف:</strong> سرفه یکی از شایع‌ترین علایم در بیمارانی است که نیار به مراقبت‌های پزشکی دارند و سالانه هزینه زیادی صرف مراقبت‌های بهداشتی آن می‌شود. اگر دلایل بروز و معیارهای تشخیصی این بیماری معلوم نباشد نمی‌توان داروی مناسب و درمان موثری به کار گرفت. هدف این مطالعه بررسی این بیماری در طب سنتی و مقایسه آن با طب نوین می‌باشد . امید است رویکرد به طب سنتی در تشخیص و درمان بیماری‌ها عوارض و هزینه کمتر و آسان‌تر در بیماری سرفه داشته باشد.<br> <strong>مواد و روش‌ها:</strong> این مطالعه یک بررسی مروری از نوع تشریحی در مورد بیماری سرفه و میزان بروز و علل و عوامل ایجاد آن بوده است. جهت جستجوی کتب سنتی از کتابخانه دیجیتالی نور و کلمه کلیدی سعال و منابع پزشکی نوین از پایگاه اطلاعاتی MDconsult EBooks استفاده شده است.<br> <strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> سرفه یک عمل ضروری برای محافظت از راه‌های هوایی و ریه‌های انسان می‌باشد در گذشته دلیل ایجاد سرفه را یا مختص به ریه و یا به دلیل مشارکت سایر اعضا می‌دانسته اند. اسباب بروز سرفه را می‌توان به سه قسمت سوء مزاج ساده یا با ماده, انواع اورام و قروح و بثور ریه و رسیدن چیزی موذی به آلات تنفس تقسیم نمود. در طب سنتی ایران هر فردی که از سرفه شکایت کند از وی سوالاتی پرسند و نوع سرفه او مشخص می‌گردیده است. در مورد خشک یا رطوبی بودن سرفه و سپس در مورد وجود درد و در آخر در مورد زمان شدت گرفتن سرفه از بیمار سوال می‌کردند.<br> <strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> نگرش به دسته بندی سرفه در طب سنتی می‌تواند در انتخاب دارو و درمان موثرتر یاری‌رسان باشد. همچنین مطالعه کتب دانشمندان طب سنتی و استفاده امکانات تشخیصی طب نوین می‌تواند به کاهش هزینه‌ها و عوارض کمک نماید.</span></span></p> <div> <p><strong>Introduction:</strong> Cough was one of the most common symptoms in the patient that requires medical attention while heavy expenses were spent on the treatment aims. If the causes and diagnostic criteria wouldn`t be revealed, appropriate medications and effective treatment couldn&#39;t be applied. Therefore, from the traditional medicine points of view the purpose of this study was to investigate cough disease with modern medicine. It was hoped that the approach of traditional medicine in the diagnosis of cough disease and its treatment were less expensive and easier.<br> <strong>Methods:</strong> This study was a review on cough disease, incidence and causes. The Noor digital library was applied for searching traditional books with cough keyword, and also MD consult E. books database for modern medicine references.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> Cough disease is a necessary act to protect the airways and lungs of humans. Previously, cough reflex was related to the lung or as a result of the participation of the other organs. Coughing causes can be divided into three parts. In traditional Iranian medicine, patients with complaining of cough were asked questions based on humidity or dry cough at first, then about the pain presence and at the end, the time of the intensity of coughing to characterize the cough type.<br> <strong>Discussion:</strong> By regarding the classification of cough disease in traditional Iranian medicine can be helpful to choose the effective drug treatments.
