fa نگاهی مجدد به مقوله ارکان در طب سنتی ایران تخصصي Special اصيل پژوهشي Origianal Research <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><strong>مقدمه: </strong>امور طبیعیه که شالوده و اساس سلامت و حیات انسان از دید طب ایرانی بر آن بنا نهاده شده است بر هفت اصل کلی استوار می‌باشند که ارکان، اولین آن‌ها است. گرچه پرداختن به مبانی علمی و عقلی این چهار رکن از مباحث فلسفه قدیم است، لیکن؛ به دلیل قطع ارتباط پویندگان این رشته با علوم پایه و پیش نیازهای طبیب سنتی و همچنین به دلیل تغییرات مفهومی و کاربردی واژگان در طول زمان، بررسی مفهومی و موضوعی آن‌ها از جمله گام‌های نخستین برای درک بهتر و ایجاد ارتباط با منابع و دانش طب ایرانی به‌شمار می‌رود.<br> <strong>روش بررسی:</strong> در این تحقیق؛ یازده منبع طبی، پنج منبع فلسفی و چهار فرهنگ لغت مورد بررسی واقع شده‌اند که جمع‌بندی مطالب استخراج شده از آنها به صورت خلاصه و کاربردی در بخش نتایج و بحث منعکس گردیده است.<br> <strong>یافته‌ها و نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> همان‌گونه که از مطالب این پژوهش بر می‌آید؛ گرچه ارکان (مایه‌ها، عناصر و اسطقسات) محدود به چهار کلمه آشنای آب، هوا، آتش و خاک هستند ولی، مفهوم اصلی و جایگاه وجودی آنها بسیار متفاوت با مفهوم عناصر امروزی (عناصر جدول مندلیف) و معانی امروزی آب، آتش، هوا و خاک است. شاید بتوان مفاهیم و خواص مرتبط با این مایه‌ها را به‌نوعی با ذرات زیر اتمی و بنیادین دانش فیزیک امروز مقایسه نمود.</span></span></p> <p><strong>Introduction:</strong> In Traditional Iranian Medicine (TIM), naturally affairs are seven principles which human health and existence are based on them and four elements are at the top of these principles. Although studying the philosophic and scientific subjects of these elements are parts of ancient philosophy knowledge, because of a long time interruption between fellows of Persian Medicine (PM) or TIM and basic science of traditional medicine and dramatically changes in concept and usage of these matters during centuries, surveying the meaning and practical use of such words is a primary step in order to understand PM.<br> <strong>&nbsp;Materials and Methods:</strong> In this research, 11 traditional medical texts, 5 philosophic references, 4 dictionaries and some updated resources were surveyed.<br> <strong>Results and Conclusion:</strong> Upon the results of this research, although four elements (cosmic elements or primordial essences or first principles or elementary principles) are limited to the 4 familiar words Water, Fire, Air and Earth, their meaning and usage are totally different from the original concept of the modern elements (elements of periodic table) and contemporary meanings of water, fire, air and soil.
