other ساخت، استانداردسازی و ارزیابی قرص گیاهی مؤثر در کنترل سوءهاضمه مبتنی بر داروسازی سنتی ایران Preparation, standardization and evaluation of a herbal tablet effective in dyspepsia based on Traditional Persian Medicine طب سنتي Traditional Medicine اصيل پژوهشي Origianal Research <div style="text-align: justify;">سابقه و هدف: شیوع روزافزون اختلالات گوارشی از عمده &rlm;ترین مشکلات جوامع امروزی محسوب می‌شود. از مهم&rlm;‌ترین بیماری‌های این دسته سوءهاضمه است که برای درمان آن از روش‌&rlm;های دارویی و غیردارویی متفاوتی استفاده می‌شود. از جمله روش‌&rlm;های دارویی می&rlm;‌توان به درمان&rlm;‌های طب مکمل اشاره کرد که در این میان، استفاده از گیاهان دارویی، عصاره، اسانس و ترکیبات مستخرج از گیاهان بسیار پرکاربرد است. در میان اشکال دارویی اختصاصی ذکرشده در داروسازی سنتی ایران، یک شکل مهم و پرمصرف، شکل دارویی «علاج فساد هضم» بوده که به‌&rlm;طور غیرمستقیم به سوءهاضمه اشاره دارد. مواد و روش &rlm;ها: از جمله داروهای ترکیبی که برای فساد هضم استفاده می‌&rlm;شود فرمولاسیونی شامل ۴ مفردۀ فلفل سیاه، بذر شوید، زیره سیاه و گل محمدی است. در این مطالعه به ساخت فرمولاسیون قرص علاج فساد هضم پرداخته شد. به همین منظور گیاهان مذکور خشک، پودر و مخلوط شدند. سپس خرده‌&rlm;نگاری و تهیه اسانس انجام شد. آنالیزهای دستگاهی نظیر کروماتوگرافی، کروماتوگرافی گازی متصل به طیف&rlm;‌سنج جرمی و استانداردسازی با کمک کروماتوگرافی گازی متصل به آشکارساز یونیزاسیون شعله‌&rlm;ای و در نهایت تهیه فرمولاسیون قرص از این فرآورده انجام گردید. یافته&rlm;‌ها: ترکیبات اصلی مخلوط چهار گیاه تشکیل‌&rlm;دهندۀ فرآوردۀ علاج فساد هضم، پس از آنالیزهای ذکرشده، ۶۸/۱۶ درصد دیل&rlm;‌آپیول (Dillapiol) و ۵/۶ درصد کاریوفیلن (Caryophyllene) بود. بعد از ساخت قرص که با کمک بهینه‌&rlm;سازی فرمولاسیون‌&rlm;های متفاوت تهیه شده بود، تست‌های پایداری مرتبط به قرص انجام شد که نشان‌&rlm;دهندۀ فرسایش کمتر از ۱ درصد، میانگین تغییرات وزن کمتر از ۱ درصد، سختی حدود ۰/۴±۱۲/۵، میانگین زمان متلاشی&rlm;‌شدن کمتر از ۲۲ دقیقه و میانگین ضخامت حدود ۰/۱±۶/۷ میلی&rlm;‌متر بود. نتیجه‌&rlm;گیری: درنهایت با توجه به بازده اسانس‌&rlm;گیری مخلوط هر چهار گیاه و تعیین مقدار انجام &rlm;شده به روش کروماتوگرافی گازی متصل به آشکارساز یونیزاسیون شعله&rlm;‌ای، میزان کاریوفیلن در فرمولاسیون نهایی هر قرص حدود ۱۲۸ میکروگرم اندازه‌&rlm;گیری شد.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Background and Purpose:The increasing prevalence of digestive disorders is one of the major problems of societies today. One of the most important of these diseases is dyspepsia, which is treated by various medicinal and non-medicinal methods. One of the methods of drug therapy is use of complementary medicine treatments and medicinal plants, extracts, essential oils and compounds extracted from plants. Among the specific medicinal forms mentioned in the traditional pharmaceuticals of Iran, an important compound drug is "maldigestion treatment" which indirectly refers to dyspepsia. This indigestion remedy includes Piper nigrum L., Anethum graveolens L., Rosa × damascena Mill. and Bunium persicum B. Fedtsch. Materials and Methods: In this study, the formulation of tablets for treatment of dyspepsia was evaluated. Accordingly, the mentioned plants were dried, powdered and mixed. After microscopic characterization, essential oil was prepared. Other analyses such as chromatography, gas chromatography connected to a mass spectrometer and standardization with the help of gas chromatography connected to a flame ionization detector was performed. Results: The main ingredients of four plants were 68.16% Dillapiol and 5.6% Caryophyllene. After preparation of the drug via optimization of different formulations, stability tests were performed. The optimized tablet showed proper characterizations such as acceptable friability (less than 1%), average weight variation (less than 1%), average disintegration time (less than 22 minutes), hardness about 12.5±0.4, and average thickness about 6.7 ± 0.1 mm.
