fa مروری کامل بر امور طبیعیه در مبانی نظری طب سنتی ایران تخصصي Special مروري Review Article <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="font-size:14px;">گسترش روز افزون استفاده از طب مکمل در سراسر دنیا، نیاز به شناخت دقیق مبانی، اصول و کاربرد صحیح آن را از سوی حرف پزشکی، اجتناب نا‌پذیر ساخته است. این مطالعه با هدف مروری کامل مبانی نظری طب سنتی انجام شده است.<br> این پژوهش، مطالعه از نوع مروری و با استفاده از منابع اصیل مرتبط با موضوع و با بررسی متون مربوطه از پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی اینترنتی (Google scholar, SID, Magiran, Iranmedex) با کلید واژه‌های (Elementary, Iranian Traditional Medicine) انجام شده است.<br> یافته‌های این مطالعه نشان می‌دهد تئوری‌ها و مفاهیم پیشگیری، تشخیص، بهبود و درمان بیماری در طب سنتی بر اساس برخورد کل‌نگر به بیمار است. در طب سنتی اختلالات در حیطه‌های جسمی، روحی، روانی، معنوی و محیطی به طور همزمان درمان می‌شوند. با توجه به این موارد می‌توان این گونه نتیجه‌گیری کرد که فلسفه جامع‌نگر عنصری کلیدی در تمام موارد استفاده از طب سنتی است. بنابراین هنگام بررسی آثار مکتوب در زمینه طب سنتی چه داروهای گیاهی و چه درمان‌های مبتنی بر روش‌های سنتی باید نظریه‌ها و مفاهیم و کاربرد هر نوع طب سنتی و زمینه فرهنگی آن‌ها در نظر گرفته شوند.</span></span></p> <p>Introduction: Development of complementary medicine in the world, requires a detailed understanding of the fundamentals, principles and application of the right of the word, is inevitable. This study aimed to comprehensive review of the natural things in foundations of traditional medicine have been done.<br> Method: This research study aims to collect an overview of theoretical principles of Iranian Traditional Medicine (Tbyyh Affairs) and the relevant texts from the Internet (Google, SID.ir, MEDLINE, Magiran, Iranmeddex) with the keywords, foudations, Iranian Traditional medicine in original references in Iranian Traditional medicine was done. Discussion: Theories and concepts of prevention, detection, recovery and treatment of diseases in traditional medicine based on holistic approach to the patient.Disorders in traditional medicine in the areas of physical, emotional, mental, spiritual and environment are treated simultaneously.In this study, the definition of medicine from the perspective of Iranian scientists, the characteristics of traditional medicine, traditional medicine theory and concepts, definitions of health and illness, factors affecting view of physicians of Iranian history, the issues that they intended to medicine.
