fa تحلیل و بررسی بازتاب توصیه‌‌‌های پزشکی و بهداشتی درضرب‌‌المثل‌‌های فارسی تخصصي Special اصيل پژوهشي Origianal Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA">ضرب‌&rlm;المثل&rlm;‌ها یکی از مهم&rlm;ترین بسترهای مطالعاتی در ادبیات عامۀ هر کشور هستند که می&rlm;‌توان از </span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">میان</span><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA"> آنها بازتاب خرد جمعی و تاریخچۀ اندیشگان بشری را بررسی و تحلیل کرد. بخش قابل‌توجهی از ضرب&rlm;‌المثل&rlm;‌ها در زبان فارسی مرتبط با توصیه‌&rlm;های پزشکی و بهداشتی هستند که در این مقاله تحلیل و طبقه&rlm;‌بندی شده‌اند.</span> <span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA">ضرب&rlm;‌المثل&rlm;‌های مرتبط از کتاب <i>صدهزار ضرب‌&rlm;المثل فارسی</i> استخراج شده‌اند، سپس با مطالعه و بررسی محتوایی، آ&rlm;نها را ذیل توصیه&rlm;‌ها و پرهیزها طبقه‌&rlm;بندی کرده&rlm;‌ایم و با مراجعه به کتب منتخب فارسی مانند </span><i><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">هدایه &rlm;المتعلمین &rlm;فی الطب</span></i><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA">، <i>الابنیه عن حقایق الادویه</i>، <i>ذخیرۀ خوارزمشاهی</i>، آثار ابن‌سینا مثل <i>رگ‌شناسی</i>، <i>رسالۀ جودیه</i>، <i>دفع المضار الکلیه عن الأبدان الإنسانیه</i></span> <span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA">و همچنین امکان استفاده از نرم&rlm;‌افزار کتابخانۀ جامع طب¹هرجا لازم بوده است اطلاعات به‌دست‌آمده را با محتوای علمی کتاب&rlm;‌های مذکور تطبیق داده&rlm; و دستاوردهای آن را در این پژوهش گرد آورده&rlm;‌ایم. روش تحقیق توصیفی‌ـ</span> <span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA">‌تحلیلی و شیوۀ جمع‌آوری اطلاعات کتابخانه‌&rlm;ای و اسنادی است.</span> <span dir="RTL" lang="FA">این مقاله مستخرج از پایان‌نامۀ کارشناسی ارشد است. براساس آن از بین </span><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA">صدهزار</span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA"> ضرب&rlm;‌المثل زبان فارسی حدود چهارهزار مورد مرتبط با طب سنتی بوده&rlm; که شامل توصیه&rlm;‌ها و پرهیزها و نام امراض و انواع علاج و گیاهان دارویی است. این مقاله بایدها و نبایدها و توصیه&rlm;‌های بهداشتی و پزشکی را از میان آنها بررسی کرده و هرجا لازم بوده اطلاعات به‌دست‌آمده را با توجه به متون اولیۀ طب فارسی تحلیل نموده است.</span> <span dir="RTL" lang="FA">توصیه&rlm;‌های بهداشتی و پزشکی از آنجا که با سلامت جسم و جان انسان رابطۀ مستقیم دارد همواره از دغدغه&rlm;‌های مهم بشری بوده و بازتاب حضور آن در فرهنگ و ادبیات عامه از منظر اشارات مستقیم در ضرب‌المثل‌ها قابل‌ردیابی است. ضرب‌المثل‌ها رایج‌ترین و زبانزدترین باورهای عامۀ مردم را در خصوص توصیه‌ها و باید و نبایدهای بهداشتی و پزشکی برمی‌تابانند و با اطلاعات به‌دست‌آمده از کتاب‌های طبی در قرون طلایی حضور دانش‌ها در زبان فارسی، یعنی قرن چهارم و پنجم هجری قمری، همسو و هم‌راستا هستند</span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">.</span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">Proverbs are one of the most important fields of study in the popular literature of any country, through which the reflection of collective wisdom and the history of thinkers can be studied and analyzed. A significant part of Persian proverbs is related to medical and health recommendations, which are analyzed and classified in this article. Initially, related proverbs were extracted from the book One Hundred Thousand Persian Proverbs. Subsequently, studying and examining the content, we classified them under recommendations and avoidances and by referring to selected Persian books such as <i>Hidayat al-Muta`allimin fi al-Tibb, Al-Abnyia &#39;an Haqa&#39;iq al-Adwiya, Zakhireye Khwarazmshahi</i>, Ibn Sina&#39;s works such as <i>Rag Shenasi, Risalah Judiyah</i>, and <i>Dafi&rsquo; al-Madar al-Kuliyyah &lsquo;an al-Abdan al-Insaniyyah</i>, as well as the Comprehensive Library of Traditional Medicine software, where necessary. We compared the obtained information with the scientific content of the mentioned books and gathered the results presented in this article. An excerpt from a master&#39;s thesis, this research is descriptive-analytical and library method was used to gather information. Based on results, out of 100,000 proverbs in Persian, about 4,000 are related to traditional medicine, which include recommendations and avoidances, names of diseases, and types of treatments and medicinal plants. This article has reviewed the do&#39;s and don&#39;ts and health and medical recommendations among them, and where necessary, has analyzed and reviewed the obtained information according to the original texts of Persian Medicine. Health and medical advice are directly related to the health of the human body and soul, and has always been an important human concern. Their reflection in popular culture and literature can be traced in terms of direct references in proverbs. Proverbs reflect the most common and well-known popular beliefs on do&#39;s and don&#39;ts of health and medical advice.
