fa مطالعۀ تطبیقی عناوین بیماری‌های مغز و اعصاب در متون طب ایرانی (قرن 2 تا 15 ه.ق) با سرفصل‌های معادل آن در ویرایش دهم طبقه‌بندی بین‌المللی بیماری‌ها (ICD-10) تخصصي Special اصيل پژوهشي Origianal Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><strong><span style="color:black;">سابقه و هدف:</span></strong> <span style="color:black;">امروزه</span><span style="color:black;">،</span><span style="color:black;"> با حجم روزافزونی از بیماری‌های شناخته و نا‌شناخته روبه‌رو هستیم که مراجعه به طبقه‌بندی بین‌المللی بیماری‌ها را ضروری کرده است.</span><span style="color:black;"> با وجود افزایش تمایل جهانی به طب سنتی و مکمل طی دهۀ گذشته و قبول طب ایرانی از طرف مجامع جهانی، متأسفانه هنوز عناوین بیماری‌ها</span><span style="color:black;">ی</span><span style="color:black;"> این طب جایگاه خود را در </span><span dir="LTR"><span style="color:black;">ICD</span></span><span style="color:black;"> پیدا نکرده است</span><span dir="LTR"><span style="color:black;">.</span></span> <span style="color:black;">این مقاله به مطالعۀ تطبیقی عناوین بیماری‌های سر در متون طب ایرانی (قرن ۲ تا ۱۳ ه.ق.) با سرفصل‌های معادل آن در طبقه‌بندی بین‌المللی بیماری‌ها می</span><span dir="LTR"><span style="color:black;">&lrm;</span></span><span style="color:black;">پردازد.</span><br> <strong><span style="color:black;">مواد و روش‌ها:</span></strong><span style="color:black;"> این پژوهش،</span> <span style="color:black;">به‌صورت کیفی (تحلیل محتوا) با مطالعه و بررسی کتب مرجع طب ایرانی طی چند</span><span style="color:black;">ین</span><span style="color:black;"> مرحله انجام گرفت.</span><br> <strong><span style="color:black;">یافته‌ها:</span></strong> <span style="color:black;">پس از مطالعۀ اجمالی کتب و مقدمه، به‌دلیل حجم زیاد داده‌ها، منابع به‌طور قراردادی در سه دورۀ تاریخی مجزا و در فایل جداگانه‌ای مرتب شدند. از قرن ۲ تا ۵ ه.ق. ۱۳ کتاب، از قرن ۵ تا ‌۱۰ ه.ق. ۱۷ کتاب و از قرن‌۱۰ تا ۱۵ ه.ق. ۱۸‌</span> <span style="color:black;">کتاب انتخاب شد. پس از بررسی عنوان بیماری‌ها در بدن انسان، بیماری‌های مربوط به مغز و اعصاب به‌طور مجزا و در جدول&rlm;های سه دورۀ زمانی ثبت گردید. عناوین اختصاری نام کتاب‌ها به همراه شمارۀ قراردادی آنها در دوره‌های زمانی اول تا سوم نیز در جدولی جداگانه استخراج شد. سپس اصطلاحات به‌کاررفته در متون طب ایرانی با اصطلاحات انگلیسی بیماری‌ها، علائم و نشانه‌ها (طب نوین) با توجه به کتب <em>قاموس القانون</em> و بیشتر از کتاب <em>اکسیر</em> و براساس این اصطلاحات، معادل‌سازی انجام شد. کدها از کتاب</span><span dir="LTR"><span style="color:black;">ICD-۱۰ </span></span><span style="color:black;">&nbsp;(ویرایش ۲۰۱۹) استخراج گردید. فهرست عناوین و تعداد بیماری‌های مغز و اعصاب با معادل آنها در سرفصل‌های (</span><span dir="LTR"><span style="color:black;">ICD-۱۰</span></span><span style="color:black;">) و تطابق اصطلاحات انگلیسی بیماری‌های مغز و اعصاب در متون طب سنتی با بلوک‌های طبقه‌بندی انجام گرفت.</span><br> <strong><span style="color:black;">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></strong><span style="color:black;"> با توجه به نظم اصولی و زیرمجموعه‌ای که در ساختار تقسیم‌بندی بیماری‌های مغز و اعصاب در متون طب ایرانی وجود دارد می‌توان از آن در بستر داده‌پردازی نظام سلامت و تدوین طبقه‌بندی‌های استاندارد ملی و گسترش آن به سایر بیماری‌های دستگاه‌های مختلف بدن استفاده کرد.</span></span></span></div> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><strong>Background and Purpose:</strong> Nowadays, we are facing an increasing number of known and unknown diseases that necessitate referral to the International Classification of Diseases (ICD). Despite the increasing global tendency to traditional and complementary medicine over the past decade and acceptance of Persian medicine (PM) by the international community, the disease titles of this school of medicine have unfortunately not yet found their place in ICD. This paper is a comparative study of head diseases in Persian medicine texts (2^nd to 15^th century AH) and equivalent chapters in the international classification of diseases.<br> &nbsp;<br> <strong>Materials and Methods:</strong> This study was conducted qualitatively (content analysis) by studying Persian medicine reference books in several stages.<br> &nbsp;<br> <strong>Results: </strong>After an overview of the books and introduction, the sources were arbitrarily arranged in three separate historical periods and in a separate file due to the large volume of data. Selected resources included thirteen books from the 2^nd-5^th centuries AH, seventeen books from the 5^th-10^th centuries AH, and eighteen books from the 10^th-15^th century AH. After examining the titles of diseases in the human body, head-related diseases were recorded separately and in tables of three time periods. Abbreviations of book names along with their arbitrary numbers in the first to third time periods were also extracted in a separate table. Then, the terms used in the texts of Iranian medicine were equated with the English terms of diseases, signs, and symptoms (modern medicine) according to <em>Qamous al-Qanun</em>, and mostly <em>Iksir-i Azam</em>. Codes were extracted from the ICD-10 book (2019 edition). Eventually, a list of nervous system diseases along with their equivalents in ICD headings 10 and matching English terms of head diseases in PM texts was prepared by using classification blocks.<br> &nbsp;<br> <strong>Conclusion: </strong>The study of the surviving texts in the context of history makes it necessary to return to this ancient heritage and revive it in the context of new findings.
