fa بررسی آگاهی، نگرش و عملکرد دانشجویان داروسازی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی گیلان در زمینۀ درمان‌های طب سنتی و مکمل در سال 1399 تخصصي Special اصيل پژوهشي Origianal Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><strong><span style="color:black;">سابقه و هدف:</span></strong><span style="color:black;"> با توجه به اهمیت طب سنتی و مکمل در کنار داروهای شیمیایی در تکمیل زنجیرۀ درمان و نقش داروساز در ارائۀ اطلاعات صحیح به بیمار و همچنین ارائۀ واحد درسی طب و داروسازی سنتی در دانشکدۀ داروسازی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی گیلان از سال ۱۳۹۶، این مطالعه با هدف بررسی آگاهی، نگرش و عملکرد دانشجویان داروسازی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی گیلان در زمینۀ درمان‌های طب سنتی و مکمل انجام شده است. نتایج این مطالعه می‌تواند در برنامه‌ریزی جهت آموزش طب سنتی و مکمل توسط مسئولان مربوطه کمک‌کننده باشد.</span><br> <strong><span style="color:black;">مواد و روش‌ها:</span></strong> <span style="color:black;">این مطالعه از نوع مقطعی است که بر روی ۲۵۶ نفر از دانشجویان دانشکدۀ داروسازی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی گیلان در سال ۱۳۹۹ انجام شد. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات شامل پرسشنامۀ محقق‌ساخته به همراه مؤلفه‌های آگاهی، نگرش و عملکرد در مورد طب سنتی و مکمل</span> <span style="color:black;">بود.</span><br> <strong><span style="color:black;">یافته‌ها:</span></strong><span style="color:black;"> در این مطالعه میانگین نمرۀ آگاهی و نگرش دانشجویان داروسازی نسبت به درمان‌های سنتی و مکمل به‌&rlm;ترتیب ۲/۲۹</span><span style="color:black;">&plusmn;</span><span style="color:black;">۶/۵۶</span> <span style="color:black;">و ۴/۹۶</span><span style="color:black;">&plusmn;</span><span style="color:black;">۴۱/۰۰ بود. همچنین نمرۀ آگاهی دانشجویانی که واحد طب و داروسازی سنتی را سپری کرده بودند، به‌طور قابل‌توجهی بیشتر از سایر دانشجویان بود (۰/۰۰۱</span><span dir="LTR"><span style="color:black;"><</span></span><em><span dir="LTR"><span style="color:black;">p</span></span></em><span style="color:black;">).</span> <span style="color:black;">بین نمرۀ آگاهی و نگرش با برخی متغیرها مانند سن، دورۀ تحصیلی و وضعیت تأهل ارتباط زیادی وجود داشت (۰/۰۵</span><span dir="LTR"><span style="color:black;"><</span></span><em><span dir="LTR"><span style="color:black;">p</span></span></em><span style="color:black;">). بیشترین درمان‌های مکمل نیز استفاده از گیاهان دارویی بود. </span><br> <strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="color:black;">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></span></strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="color:black;"> آگاهی و نگرش دانشجویان داروسازی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی گیلان دربارۀ طب سنتی و مکمل در حد قابل‌قبولی بود. همچنین با توجه به سطح بالاتر آگاهی و نگرش دانشجویان داروسازی که واحد درسی طب و داروسازی سنتی را سپری کرده بودند، لازم است این دروس در واحدهای درسی دانشجویان سایر رشته‌های پزشکی نیز گنجانده شود.</span></span></span></span></div> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><strong>Background and Purpose:</strong> Considering traditional and complementary medicine along with conventional medicine is of importance in completing the medical treatment chain, providing appropriate information to the patients by pharmacists, and also assessing the traditional medicine and pharmacy course offered in the school of pharmacy at Guilan University of Medical Sciences (GUMS) since 2017<span dir="RTL">.</span> This study aimed to investigate the knowledge, attitude and practice of traditional and complementary medicine by pharmacy students in GUMS. The results of this study can be helpful for relevant authorities in planning for traditional and complementary medicine education.<br> &nbsp;<br> <strong>Materials and Methods:</strong> This cross-sectional study was performed on 256 students in the Faculty of Pharmacy of GUMS in 2019. The data collection tool included a researcher-made questionnaire with components of knowledge, attitude and practice of traditional and complementary medicine.<br> &nbsp;<br> <strong>Results: </strong>As revealed by the results of this study, the mean value of knowledge and attitude of pharmacy students regarding traditional and complementary therapies were 6.56&plusmn;2.29 and 41.00&plusmn;4.96, respectively. Also, the knowledge score of students who had passed the traditional medicine and pharmacy course was significantly higher than other students (<em>p</em><0.001). There was a significant relationship between knowledge and attitude score with some variables such as age, educational course and marital status (<em>p</em><0.05). The most common complementary medicine modality in this study was medicinal herbs.<br> &nbsp;<br> <strong>Conclusion: </strong>The knowledge and attitude of pharmacy students regarding traditional and complementary medicine has been satisfactory. Also, pharmacy students who had passed traditional medicine and pharmacy unit had more desirable knowledge, attitude and practice.
