fa تبیین مفهوم یبوست و مقایسه علل مختلف آن در طب سنتی ایرانی و طب جدید تخصصي Special اصيل پژوهشي Origianal Research <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="font-size:14px;">یبوست، یکی از شایع‌ترین عوارض سبک جدید زندگی است. تعریف واحدی از یبوست وجود ندارد. این مطالعه، یک مطالعه کتابخانه‌ای و بررسی متون است که پس از تعریف یبوست، به مقایسه علل آن در کتب معتبر طب سنتی با عللی که در کتاب‌های مرجع طب داخلی ذکر شده می‌پردازد. سپس علل یبوست از دیدگاه طب سنتی، جمع‌بندی ، دسته‌بندی و با علل یبوست از دیدگاه طب جدید، تطبیق داده شد. تعریف یبوست در طب سنتی ایرانی با طب جدید متفاوت است. به‌طوری که تشخیص یبوست در طب سنتی بسیار زودتر مطرح شده و تعداد موارد طبیعی اجابت مزاج، بیش از تعدادی است که در طب جدید در نظر گرفته می‌شود. لذا تعریف یبوست در این دو طب، تطبیق کامل با هم ندارد. نگاه طب سنتی به سلامت و بیماری، نگاهی کل‌نگر و عمل‌گرایانه است؛ در حالی که طب جدید با دیدگاه جزء‌نگر و حس‌گرایانه، به انسان، سلامت و بیماری می‌نگرد. در مجموع به‌نظر می‌رسد با اینکه در بعضی از موارد، علل یبوست در این دو مکتب طب، قابل تطبیق است، ولی علل یبوست در طب سنتی، عمل‌گرایانه‌تر و با شمول بیشتر است. در حالی که علل یبوست در طب جدید، علی‌رغم دقت بیشتری که در دسته‌بندی اعمال شده، شمول کمتری دارد و یبوست‌های عملکردی با شیوع ۹۰% طبقه‌بندی مناسبی ندارد.</span></span></p> <p>Introduction: Constipation is one of the most common side effects of the new style of life. There is no single definition of constipation. Metode and Materials: This study, is a library based and literature review that definite constipation, and compare its different causes in view of Iranian traditional medicine (ITM) with modern medicine Results: causes of constipation in views of ITM summarized in a table with categories and were matched with the causes of constipation from the perspective of modern medicine. Discussion: Definition of constipation in ITM is different from modern medicine, so that in traditional medicine, much earlier diagnosis of constipation is defined and number of normal defecation is more than what is suggested in modern medicine. So, there is no complete matching of these two definition. Overview of traditional medicine in health and disease, is a pragmatic and holistic perspective, while Viewpoint of modern medicine to human, health , disease is positivistic and organ- based (not holistic). As a total view, it seems that some of the causes in ITM is matchable with some in modern medicine. But the causes of constipation in ITM, is more pragmatic and more inclusive.
