fa عروق غلاظ تخصصي Special اصيل پژوهشي Origianal Research <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="font-size:14px;">حکماء و اطبای گذشته با شناخت طبیعت افعال بدن انسان، برای تشخیص و درمان بیماری‌ها به شیوه‌های گوناگونی متوسل شده‌اند. در منابع کهن طب سنتی ایران، مکانیسم جابه‌جایی و انتقال امراض بر اساس قوانین طبیعی از طریق عروق غلاظ برای توجیه گروهی از بیماری‌ها مورد بحث قرار گرفته است.<br> این مطالعه با بررسی برخی کتب طبی ایران از جمله طبیعت الانسان بقراط و شرح تشریح قانون ابن نفیس قصد در تبیین عروق غلاظ دارد.<br> عروق غلاظ یکی از موارد مهمی است که در منابع قدما در مبحث طبیعت و تشریح بدن انسان، برای توجیه گروهی از مکانیسم‌های تشخیصی و درمانی بیماری‌ها مورد استفاده قرار گرفته، ولی جابه‌جایی امراض و تبدیل آن‌ها به بیماری دیگر، خود از مواردی است که هنوز طب نوین در مباحث پایه و بالینی به آن نپرداخته است.<br> با توجه به توسعه فناوری در پزشکی و پیشرفت‌های جدید، هنوز علل بسیاری از بیماری‌های مزمن ناشناخته باقی مانده است؛ بنابراین شناخت اصطلاحات و زبان علمی مکاتب طبی مختلف به ویژه ایران برای بهره‌مندی از منابع طبی مکتوب، امری ضروری به‌نظر می‌رسد، تا در آینده راه‌حل‌های تازه‌ای جهت تشخیص و درمان سریع‌تر بیماری‌ها پیشنهاد و از طرفی جایگاه مبانی طب کهن ایران در مباحث علمی روز روشن شود..</span></span></p> <p>The precedent scholars and physicians have resorted various methods for diagnosis and treatment of diseases by understanding the nature of human actions. Iranian traditional medicine in ancient sources. In the ancient sources of the Iranian traditional medicine, the displacement and transmission mechanism of diseases has been discussed based on natural laws through the intestine vessels to justify a group of diseases. The present study aimed to explain the intestine vessels by reviewing some of the Iranian medical literature including human nature of Hippocrates and Sharh Tashrih Qhanoon of Ibn Nafis.<br> Intestine vessels is one of the major issues which has been used in the ancients&rsquo; resources in the nature and anatomy of the human body to explain some of the diagnosis and treatment mechanisms. However, the displacement of diseases and their transformation into other diseases is the case that modern medicine has not addressed in the basic and clinical issues. n spite of technological advances recent developments in medicine, the causes of many chronic diseases are still unknown. Thus, it seems that knowledge of medical terminology and scientific language of medical schools, particularly Iran is necessary to use the written medical resources to propose new solutions for faster diagnosis and treatment of diseases and highlighting the position of the Iranian ancient medicine principles in the scientific debates.</p> عروق غلاظ- طب کهن ایران.
