fa مدیریت بیماری COVID-19 از دیدگاه طب سنتی ایرانی تخصصي Special اصيل پژوهشي Origianal Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><strong>سابقه و هدف:</strong> COVID-19 یک بیماری ویروسی از خانوادۀ کروناویروس‌ها است. این ویروس در ابتدا به سیستم تنفسی حمله می‌کند و سپس به اعضای مهمی چون قلب، کبد، مغز، کلیه، خون و سیستم ایمنی آسیب می‌زند. این مطالعه با هدف توصیف و تبیین این بیماری و تدابیر درمانی آن از دیدگاه طب سنتی ایران انجام شد.<br> <strong>مواد و روش &rlm;ها: </strong>در این مطالعۀ مروری، مقالات موجود در مورد پاتوفیزیولوژی ثابت‌شده در مورد این بیماری با استفاده از پایگاه&rlm; های اطلاعاتی معتبر با کلیدواژه &rlm;های انگلیسی SARS-COV-2 و COVID-19 جست&rlm;وجو و از آن میان مقالاتی که اشاره به تظاهرات بالینی و پاتوفیزیولوژی بیماری داشته &rlm;اند استفاده شدند. همچنین متون طب سنتی ایران از قبیل <em>قانون</em> ابن&rlm; سینا، <em>ذخیرۀ خوارزمشاهی</em> پیرامون علل و علائم و درمان این بیماری استخراج و با منابع طبی جدید تطبیق داده شدند.<br> <strong>یافته &rlm;ها: </strong>ویروس کرونا در ابتدا با ورود به سلول‌های مجاری تنفسی فوقانی و سپس تحتانی ریه، ایجاد سوءمزاج گرم و خشک می‌کند که این سوءمزاج آغازگر اتفاقات متعددی در اعضای مختلف بدن به&rlm;‌خصوص قلب و مغز و کبد می‌شود که اکثراً از پیامدهای آن است و کمتر به علت تکثیر و حضور ویروس در این اعضا است. مقابله با بیماری کرونا از دیدگاه طب سنتی در پنج سطح قابل‌بررسی و انجام است که شامل یک سطح پیشگیری و چهار سطح درمان است.<br> <strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> ابتدا تعریف این بیماری و سپس راهکارهای پیشگیرانه و درمانی براساس طب سنتی ایرانی استخراج و به‌ صورت دسته‌بندی‌شده و کاربردی ارائه شد. سپس شواهدی از پژوهش‌های جدید در تأیید فیزیوپاتولوژی عنوان‌شده آورده شد. در آخر، برای گیاهان پیشنهادی در این مقاله در موارد اثرات ضدویروسی، آنتی‌اکسیدان و ترمیم‌کنندگی و سایر اثرات بیولوژیک مرتبط با این بیماری مستندات علمی ارائه شد.</span></div> <span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><strong>Background and </strong><strong>Purpose</strong><strong>:</strong> COVID-19 is a virus belonging to the coronavirus (CoV) family. COVID-19 disease primarily attacks to the respiratory system and then causes severe problems in heart, liver, brain, kidney, blood circulation and immune system. This study aimed to define COVID-19 disease according to the perspective of Traditional Persian Medicine (TPM) manuscripts and suggest therapeutic measures based on its evaluation.<br> &nbsp;<br> <strong>Materials and Methods:</strong> In this review study, existing articles on proven pathophysiology of the disease were searched using valid databases with the English keywords &lsquo;SARS-COV-2&rsquo; and &lsquo;COVID-19&rsquo;, among which articles referenced&nbsp; to clinical manifestations and pathophysiology of the disease were used in this paper.<br> Also, texts of TPM such as Ibn Sina&#39;s <em>Qanun fi al-Tibb</em>, <em>Zakhireye Kharazmshahi</em> about the causes and symptoms of the disease were extracted and adapted to new medical sources.<span dir="RTL"></span><br> &nbsp;<br> <strong>Results:</strong> The coronavirus causes warm and dry distemperament in the upper and lower respiratory tract and lungs. COVID-19 makes some disorders in the body especially in the heart, brain and liver, which are often its consequences, not the proliferation of the virus in these organs. Based on TPM, COVID-19 can be confronted at five levels including one preventive level and four therapeutic levels.<br> <a name="_gjdgxs"></a>&nbsp;<br> <strong>Conclusion:</strong> The definition of COVID-19, preventive and therapeutic strategies based on TPM were obtained and presented in a classified and practical manner. Then, evidence of researches has been mentioned to confirm the Pathophysiology of COVID-19.
