fa بررسی تجارب پزشکان شرکت‌ کننده در آزمون دکتری تخصصی طب ایرانی از شرکت در این آزمون: یک پژوهش کیفی تخصصي Special اصيل پژوهشي Origianal Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><strong>سابقه و هدف: </strong>درک تجارب افراد و تلاش برای آگاهی از تجارب آنان در پدیده‌های مختلف بسیار مهم است. پس از گذشت ۱۲ سال از تأسیس دانشکده‌های طب ایرانی و برگزاری آزمون‌های سالانۀ دورۀ دکتری تخصصی طب ایرانی از سال ۱۳۸۶، نظرات افراد شرکت‌کننده در این آزمون و انگیزه‌های آنان می‌تواند مورد تحقیق علمی قرار بگیرد. هدف این پژوهش، دستیابی به تجارب پزشکان شرکت‌کننده در آزمون دکتری تخصصی به&rlm; منظور شناخت این پدیده است.<br> <strong>مواد و روش‌&rlm;ها:</strong> در این پژوهش کیفی، نمونه &rlm;گیری از طریق مصاحبۀ ژرف&rlm;‌کاو با ۲۵ پزشک داوطلب ورود به رشتۀ طب ایرانی سال تحصیلی ۱۳۹۸ که در آزمون کتبی مرحلۀ اول پذیرفته و برای آزمون مصاحبۀ شفاهی دعوت شده بودند، انجام شد. مصاحبه‌ها به&rlm; صورت کامل ضبط&rlm; و محتوای مصاحبه&rlm; ها به&rlm; صورت مکتوب نگاشته شد؛ سپس کدگذاری و آنالیز محتوا به&rlm; شیوۀ گرانهایم و لاندمن انجام شد. &nbsp;<br> <strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> یافته‌های این مطالعه در ۶ مضمون اصلی با عنوان نحوۀ آشنایی شرکت‌کنندگان با طب ایرانی، انگیزۀ شرکت در آزمون، نگرانی و دغدغه‌های قبل آزمون، روش&rlm; های آمادگی برای آزمون، دیدگاه سایر پزشکان با طب ایرانی، راهکارهایی برای معرفی طب ایرانی و ۱۸ مضمون فرعی، استخراج شد.<br> <strong>نتیجه&rlm;‌گیری: </strong>نتایج حاصل از این پژوهش می‌تواند برای مسئولین و سیاست&rlm;گذاران سلامت به&rlm; منظور هدایت انگیزه‌ها و کاهش نگرانی‌های شرکت‌کنندگان در آزمون و دانشجویان آیندۀ طب سنتی مورد استفاده قرار گیرد و با ارائۀ راه‌&rlm;حل‌های مناسب، در جذب دانشجویان و ارتقاء کیفیت آموزش این رشته گام‌های مناسبی برداشته شود.</span></span></div> <strong><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;">Background and Purpose:</span></strong><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"> Understanding the experiences of people involved in various phenomena is very important. Twelve years after the establishment of the Persian Medicine Schools, and holding annual exams fo</span><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;">r the PhD course in Persian Medicine since 2007, the opinions of the exam participants and their motivations can be scientifically studied. The aim of this study was to obtain the experiences of physicians participating in Persian medicine PhD exam to identify this phenomenon.<br> &nbsp;<br> <strong>Materials and Methods:</strong> In this qualitative study, sampling was performed through in-depth interviews with 25 physicians volunteering to enter the field of Persian Medicine in the 2019 academic year, who were accepted in the first stage, the written exam, and invited for an oral interview. The interviews were thoroughly recorded. The content of the interviews was written down, and the coding and analysis was done by Granhim and Londman method.<span dir="RTL"></span><br> &nbsp;<br> <strong>Results:</strong> Findings of this study were extracted in 6 main themes including the way participants got acquainted with Persian Medicine,&nbsp; their motivation to take the test, their pre-test concerns, exam preparation methods, the opinion of other physicians about Persian Medicine and the approach to introduce Persian Medicine. Eighteen sub-themes were also extracted.<br> &nbsp;<br> <strong>Conclusion:</strong> The results of this study can be useful for health policy-makers to guide motivators and reduce the concerns of Persian Medicine PhD exam&rsquo;s participants and Persian Medicine students.
