fa جمع آوری، شناسایی و بررسی مصارف سنّتی منتخبی از گیاهان شهر بابل تخصصي Special اصيل پژوهشي Origianal Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="font-size:14px;">گیاهان به عنوان منبع لایزال و ناگزیر غذایی و درمانی از دیرباز مورد توجه بشر بوده‌اند و در سال‌های اخیر این توجه دو چندان شده است. در این راستا به نظر می‌رسد انجام مطالعات اتنوبوتانی راهکاری برای ساماندهی و پاسخگویی به این نیاز روز افزون به گیاهان دارویی ‌باشد. سرزمین ایران با سابقه‌ی دیرین تاریخی، فرهنگی و تنوع جغرافیایی می‌تواند خاستگاه مناسبی برای چنین مطالعاتی باشد. مطالعه‌ی حاضر در جهت جمع‌آوری، شناسایی و بررسی اتنوبوتانی گیاهان منطقه‌ی بابل صورت پذیرفته است. در این مطالعه گیاهان جمع‌آوری شده متعلق به ۵۵ خانواده بودند که در این بین خانواده‌های Asteraceae ، Rosaceae و Lamiaceae هرکدام به ترتیب با ۸ ، ۸ و ۷ گونه‌ی گیاهی بیشترین سهم را به خود اختصاص دادند. از آنجایی که در استان مازندران نیز پراکنش خانواده‌های مذکور نسبت به بقیه‌ی خانواده‌ها بیشتر است، یافته‌ی مذکور قابل پیش‌بینی بود. از میان گیاهان جمع‌آوری شده، ۱۵ گونه دارای کاربرد محلی و سنّتی بوده و ۴ گونه نیز مصرف خوراکی داشتند. گیاهان دارای مصرف سنّتی، بیشتردر خانواده‌های Asteraceae، Lamiaceae و Apiaceae قرار داشتند. با توجه به این نتایج به نظر می‌رسد نگاه ویژه به مستندسازی فرهنگ درمانی ایرانیان می‌تواند ضمن حفظ این میراث راهگشای پژوهش‌های بسیاری گردد.</span></span></div> Since ancient times, plants have attracted man as the everlasting and inevitable source of food and drug. The attention has grown considerably in recent years. Therefore, it seems that carrying out ethnobotany studies is a strategy to organize and meet the growing need to medicinal plants. With regard to the ancient history and culture, and the geo graphical diversity, Iran can be an appropriate place for such studies. The current study was fulfilled to collect, identify, and perform ethnobotanical evaluation of the plants of Babol. The plants that were studied belonged to 55 families, among which Asteraceae, Rosaceae, and Lamiaceae, had the highest share with 8, 8, and 7 plant species, respectively. This was expected as in Mazandaran province the distribution of these families is higher than other families. Among the plants collected, 15 species had local and traditional applications and four species were used as food. Plants with medicinal applications mainly belonged to Asteraceae, Lamiaceae, and Apiaceae families.
