fa ارائۀ مدل واحدهای کوچک تولید فرآورده های طب سنتی ایرانی تخصصي Special مروري Review Article <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><strong>سابقه و هدف:</strong> در سال ۱۳۸۶ به موازات راه‌اندازی رشته <span dir="LTR">Ph.D</span> طب سنتی، نخستین سلامتکده‌های طب ایرانی تأسیس شد. به‌دلیل ضرورت تأمین داروهای تجویزشده و امنیت دارویی بیماران، داروخانه‌های وابسته به سلامتکده‌ها کار خود را آغاز کردند. آگاهی روزافزون مردم، پیش‌بینی افزایش تعداد سلامتکده‌ها، ترویج وسیع طب ایرانی و از سوی دیگر محدودیت تعداد فارغ‌التحصیلان داروسازی سنتی، لزوم برنامه‌ریزی در رابطه با تأمین گسترده فرآورده‌های طب ایرانی را نشان می‌دهد.<br> <strong>مواد و روش‌ها:</strong> در این مطالعه، با جست&rlm;‌وجوی کلیدواژه‌های<span dir="LTR">enterprise </span>&nbsp;<span dir="LTR">Micro-</span> و <span dir="LTR">Small & Medium pharmaceutical enterprise </span>&nbsp;استخراج و بررسی شد، سپس دستورالعمل‌های واحدهای تولیدی کوچک داروسازی و آزمون‌های ضروری فرآورده‌های جالینوسی در سطح دنیا از پایگاه‌های اینترنتی<span dir="LTR">SID, PubMed, Science Direct, Google Scholar </span>&nbsp;تا دسامبر ۲۰۱۹ به‌علاوۀ قوانین وزارت بهداشت کشور، سازمان غذا و دارو و سازمان جهانی بهداشت گردآوری و پیشنهادات مرتبط با ویژگی‌های یک واحد تولیدی کوچک از طریق مصاحبه با متخصصان داروسازی سنتی جمع‌آوری شد.<br> <strong>یافته‌ها: </strong>مدل پیشنهادی این مطالعه، شرکت خرد و کوچک است که مطابق قانون تجارت جمهوری اسلامی ایران با رویکرد دانش‌بنیان و از نوع مسئولیت محدود و سهامی خاص فرآورده‌های طبیعی تولید می‌کند.</span></span></div> <div style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; direction: rtl; unicode-bidi: embed; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="background:white;">با فعالیت شرکت‌های خرد یا کوچک </span>در حوزه ساخت فرآورده‌های طبیعی، ارائه محصولات غیراستاندارد توسط عطاری‌ها و هزینه‌ها کاهش می‌یابد و <span style="background:white;">اشتغال‌زایی را به‌دنبال خواهد داشت</span>. لذا ضروری است سیاست‌گذاری نوین بر مبنای آموزش مهارت‌های تولید و کارآفرینی صورت پذیرد. </span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"></div> <span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><strong>Background and Purpose:</strong> The first health centers for traditional Persian medicine were set up in 2007 concurrent with launching Ph.D. course of Traditional medicine. Some of them have presented compound medications made by pharmacists who had studied traditional pharmacy but others have outsourced this task. In order to keep the standard quality of products, some requirements should be implemented. Because of increasing number of health centers and resultant need to standardized medications, urgent decisions have to be made. This article has proposed a new solution for producing various traditional medications to fulfill this need.<br> <strong>Methods and Materials:</strong> Articles, regulations and official reports were found by using the keywords including micro enterprise and small & medium pharmaceutical enterprise on websites and search engines such as SID, PubMed, Science Direct and Google Scholar published by December 2019. Furthermore, related legislations of the Ministry of Health, Food & Drug Administration and World Health Organization were extracted. Suggestions about the features of a small manufacturing unit were collected through interviews with traditional pharmacists and then were summarized.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> The proposed model is a science-based micro- or small enterprise that produces natural products in accordance with trade law accepted by Islamic Republic of Iran (Limited Liability Company or Private Held Co. type.).<br> <strong>Conclusion:</strong> Micro- and small enterprises that manufacture natural products will reduce the supply of unstandardized products sold by unauthorized producers.
