fa بررسی وضعیت فروشندگان گیاهان دارویی و معرفی گیاهان دارویی پرکاربرد در عطاری های شهر گرگان تخصصي Special مروري Review Article <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><strong>سابقه و هدف:</strong> وضعیت گیاهان دارویی و عطاری‌ها به‌عنوان اصلی‌ترین عوامل در بازار گیاهان دارویی می‌تواند راهنمای خوبی برای سیاست‌گذاران صنعت دارویی کشور و استان گلستان که یکی از مهم‌ترین رویشگاه‌های این گیاهان در کشور است، باشد. لذا در این پژوهش برخی از ویژگی‌های گیاهان دارویی مورد استفاده در طب ایرانی و عطاری‌های شهر گرگان مورد بررسی قرار گرفت.<br> <strong>مواد و روش‌ها:</strong> این تحقیق به‌صورت پیمایشی بر روی ۴۳ عطاری در شهر گرگان انجام گرفت. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها پرسش&rlm;نامه‌ای بود که شامل مشخصات دموگرافیک عطاران، نحوۀ کسب اطلاعات و آگاهی آن‌ها، ویژگی‌های مهم‌ترین و پرفروش‌ترین گیاهان دارویی و وضعیت اقتصادی- اجتماعی خریداران بود. روایی محتوای پرسش<span dir="LTR">‌</span>نامه با نظرات کارشناسان و برخی از فروشندگان مجرب و پایایی آن‌ها از طریق محاسبۀ ضریب آلفای کرونباخ محاسبه و تعیین شد. در نهایت اطلاعات جمع‌آوری‌شده پس از بررسی و دسته‌بندی با نرم‌افزار <span dir="LTR">SPSS</span> مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.<br> <strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> جامعۀ مورد مطالعه شامل ۴۳ نفر از عطاران بودند که میانگین سنی افراد مشغول در عطاری‌ها ۳۵/۰۹ و میانگین تجربۀ کاری آن‌ها ۷/۶ سال بود. تنها ۹/۳ درصد عطاران رشتۀ تحصیلی مرتبط با گیاهان دارویی داشته و ۹۰/۶ درصد دیگر دارای رشتۀ تحصیلی دیگری بودند. از پرفروش&rlm;ترین گیاهان موجود در عطاری‌ها می‌توان به آویشن (۲۲ درصد)، گل گاوزبان (۲۰ درصد) و خاکشیر (۲۰ درصد) اشاره کرد؛ همچنین بیشترین علل مراجعه به عطاری‌ها مشکلات و بیماری‌های کبد و کلیه، درد مفاصل و سرماخوردگی بود.<br> <strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> برای مقابله با اثرات بیماری‌های شناخته‌شده، از گیاهان دارویی در شهر گرگان استفاده‌های متنوعی صورت می‌گیرد. با توجه به مصرف بالای برخی از گیاهان دارویی در بین اقشار کم‌درآمد مردم و کسب اطلاعات اغلب عطاران از طریق تجربه و مطالعه توصیه می‌شود برنامه‌ریزی و سیاست‌گذاری لازم جهت پرورش گیاهان دارویی و ارائۀ دوره‌های آموزشی برای فروشندگان در این شهر مدنظر قرار گیرد. </span></span></div> <span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><strong>Background and Purpose:</strong> Considering the importance of medicinal plants and herbal medicine stores as the main factors in the market of medicinal plants could be a good direction for planners and policy makers of the pharmaceutical industry in the Golestan province, as one of the most important habitats of such plants in the country. Therefore, in this research, the most common purchased medicinal plants in Persian medicine were studied in Gorgan.<br> <strong>Methods and Materials:</strong> This research included 43 herbal medicine stores in Gorgan. The required information was collected using a questionnaire including demographic characteristics of the sellers, howness of the information collection, the characteristics of the most important and best-selling plants as well as the socioeconomic status of buyers. The content validity of the questionnaire was determined by experts and some experienced sellers and the reliability was calculated by Cronbach&#39;s alpha coefficient. Finally, the collected data was analyzed by SPSS software.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> The study population consisted of 43 herbal medicine sellers. The average age of herbal medicine sellers was 35.09 years and their average working experience was 7.6 years. Only 9.3% of participants possessed related fields of study and 90.6% had studied other fields. Among the best-selling plants, Thyme (22%), Borage (20%) and Flixweed (20%) could be mentioned. The most common reasons for referring to herbal medicine stores in Gorgan were disease related to the liver and kidneys, joint pain and colds.<br> <strong>Conclusion:</strong> Various consumptions are being used to treat the diseases with medicinal plants in Gorgan.
