fa کاهش میل جنسی زنان از دیدگاه طب ایرانی تخصصي Special مروري Review Article <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><strong>سابقه و هدف:</strong> عملکرد جنسی یکی از مؤلفه&rlm;‌های مهم کیفیت زندگی است که اختلال آن می&rlm;‌تواند آسیب جدی به ارتباطات بین فردی، سلامت عاطفی و اعتماد به‌نفس افراد وارد کند. شیوع قابل توجه اختلالات عملکرد جنسی و عوارض آن لزوم بهره&rlm;‌مندی از دیدگاه‌&rlm;های سایر مکاتب طبی را روشن می‌کند. طب ایرانی، به‌عنوان یک طب کل&rlm;‌نگر دارای تجربیات و دیدگاه‌&rlm;های مشخص در تشخیص و درمان ضعف جنسی است. مطالعۀ حاضر به علل کاهش میل جنسی (باه) زنان و درمان آن از نگاه طب ایرانی می&rlm;‌پردازد.<br> <strong>مواد و روش‌ها</strong><strong>:</strong> در این مطالعۀ مروری، متون معتبر طب سنتی با محوریت <em>قانون</em>، پیرامون ضعف جنسی، مورد بررسی قرارگرفت و دیدگاه‌های طب سنتی و طب رایج در این حوزه مقایسه شد.<br> <strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> طب ایرانی، سلامت اعضای رئیسه (قلب، مغز، کبد و غدد جنسی) را لازمۀ سلامت جنسی می‌داند در حوزۀ درمان نیز، تقویت این اعضاء می‌تواند موجب کارکرد بهتر جنسی شود. سبب‌شناسی اختلال عملکرد جنسی زنان پیچیده و چندعاملی است و حاصل اثر متقابل عوامل فیزیولوژیک (بیولوژیک)، روان‌شناختی و جامعه‌شناختی است و فاکتورهای روان‌شناختی به‌عنوان علت اولیه و مهم‌تر از سایر عوامل مطرح است. مکتب غنی طب ایرانی، مشکلات روانی را برخواسته از ضعف قوای&rlm; نفسانی و حیوانی می&rlm;‌داند. به‌نظر می&rlm;‌رسد اهمیت دادن به عوامل روان‌شناختی در طب رایج، در راستای نظر طب ایرانی در مورد اولویت دادن اعضای رئیسه در تشخیص و درمان ضعف باه باشد.<br> <strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> این تحقیق برآن است که با ارائۀ دیدگاه&rlm;‌های تشخیصی و درمانی طب ایرانی در حوزۀ ضعف باه، زوایای تازه&rlm;‌ای در برخورد با این اختلال بگشاید، تا بتوان از راهکارهای درمانی طب ایرانی در افزایش میل جنسی زنان استفاده کرد و مسیر را برای تحقیقات بالینی در این حوزه هموار و فراهم کرد.<br> &nbsp;</span></span></div> <span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><strong>Background and Purpose:</strong> Sexual function is one of the important components of quality of life, and its disorder can cause damage to interpersonal communication, emotional health and self-esteem. Significant prevalence of sexual dysfunction and its complications make it necessary to take advantage of the views of other medical schools. Persian medicine, as a holistic medicine, has its own views on the diagnosis and treatment of sexual dysfunction. The present study addresses the causes of decreased women&#39;s libido and their treatment in Persian medicine.<br> <strong>Methods and Materials:</strong> In this narrative review, valid texts of Persian medicine, focusing on the <em>Canon of Medicine</em>, about decreased libido were reviewed and compared the views of conventional medicine in this field.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> Persian medicine considers the health of the main organs (heart, brain, liver, and gonads) as a primary and important reason a healthy sexual function. Their reinforcement is also a priority in the treatment.<br> The etiology of female sexual dysfunction is complicated and multifactorial; it is the result of the interaction of the physiological (biological), psychological and sociological factors. As a primary cause, psychological factors are more important than the other factors. Persian medicine attributes psychological problems to the weakness of the mental and cardiac stamina.
