fa رتبه بندی نشانگان بیماری‌های گوارشی از نظر سادگی، در دسترس بودن و عوارض کمتر درمان از دیدگاه متخصصان طب ایرانی تخصصي Special اصيل پژوهشي Origianal Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><strong>سابقه و هدف: </strong>در طب سنتی ایران، دستگاه گوارش به‌خصوص معده به‌علت ارتباط نزدیک با دیگر اعضای بدن از اهمیت ویژه‌ای برخوردار است. شیوع علائم بیماری‌های گوارشی میزان بالایی را به خود اختصاص می‌دهند و بروز بیماری‌های آن روز به روز در حال افزایش است. با توجه به اهمیت بیماری‌های گوارشی در این مطالعه به بررسی سادگی، در دسترس بودن، عوارض کمتر، شیوع و خطر به بررسی برخی از علائم گوارشی پرداخته شده است.<br> <strong>مواد و روش &rlm;ها: </strong>این مطالعه، یک مطالعۀ کیفی است که در سال ۱۳۹۷ در شهر تهران انجام شده است. در این مطالعه پس از بررسی برخی از منابع طب سنتی و کلاسیک علائم بیماری‌های گوارشی پرسش‌نامه‌ای مبنی بر بررسی علائم از نظر ساده و در دسترس بودن درمان، عوارض، هزینۀ کمتر درمان در طب سنتی و همچنین اهمیت این علائم از نظر شیوع و میزان خطر طراحی شد و در نهایت این پرسش‌نامه در اختیار سیزده نفر از اعضای هیئت علمی طب سنتی ایران قرار گرفت و نتایج حاصل با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS تحلیل شد.<br> <strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> یافته‌های این مطالعه نشان داد که از نظر کلی در بین علائم مختلف بیماری‌های گوارشی از نظر ساده بودن، در دسترس بودن، عوارض، هزینۀ کمتردرمان، شیوع و میزان خطرعلایم، علامت&rlm;های افزایش ترشح بزاق ۷۴ درصد، سوء‌هاضمه ۷۶ درصد، آروغ ۷۴ درصد، برگشت غذا ۷۵ درصد، یبوست ۷۶ درصد و نفخ شکم ۷۷ درصد بالاترین درصدها را به خود اختصاص داده&rlm;اند.<br> <strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> یافته‌های حاصل از مطالعۀ حاضر نشان داد که طب سنتی می‌تواند به‌طور میانگین بیشترین اثر را در افزایش ترشح بزاق، از بین بردن بوی بد دهان، سوء‌هاضمه، آروغ، یبوست و نفخ در بین علائم مختلف بیماری‌های گوارشی، از نظر ساده بودن، در دسترس بودن درمان، عوارض، هزینۀ کمتر، شیوع و میزان خطر داشته باشد.</span></span></div> <div></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><strong>Background and purpose</strong>: In traditional Persian medicine, the gastrointestinal (GI) tract, especially the stomach, is particularly important due to its close relationship with other organs of the body. The prevalence of gastrointestinal symptoms is high and the incidence of these diseases is increasing day by day. Considering the importance of gastrointestinal diseases, in this study, we examined the simplicity, availability, fewer side effects, the prevalence and risk of studying the complications of gastrointestinal diseases.<br> <strong>Methods and Materials: </strong>It was a qualitative study that was carried out in Tehran, 2018. In this study, after studying various sources of traditional and conventional medicines regarding symptoms of gastrointestinal diseases, a questionnaire was designed for the evaluation of symptoms in terms of simplicity and the availability of treatment, complications, lower cost, as well as the importance of these symptoms in terms of prevalence and risk. The questionnaire was designed by 13 faculty members of Persian medicine in Iran.
