fa بررسی گیاه شناسی، فیتوشیمی و طب سنتی انواع حرمل: یک مطالعۀ کتابخانه ای تخصصي Special مروري Review Article <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><strong>سابقه و هدف: </strong>با رواج مصرف خوراکی اسفند یا حرمل در جامعه و تضادهای مشاهده &rlm;شده در خواص آن، مطالعه بر روی ماهیت گیاه و نیز درستی و نادرستی درمان‌&rlm;های نسبت داده شده به گیاه اسفند ضروری به&rlm;‌نظر می&rlm;‌رسد.<br> <strong>مواد و روش&rlm;‌ها:</strong> ابتدا نام&rlm;‌های مشابه اسفند و حرمل در متون طب سنتی با نرم&rlm;‌افزار جامع طب نور جستجو و سپس هر یک از مفردات به&rlm;‌دست‌&rlm;آمده در کتب اصیل و قدیمی‌&rlm;تر طب ایرانی بررسی شد. از طرف دیگر به صورت هم&rlm;‌زمان آنچه در بازار به&rlm;‌عنوان اسفند و حرمل ارائه می&rlm;‌شود و نیز مطالعات گیاه‌&rlm;شناسی و فیتوشیمی در منابع موجود در اینترنت هم بررسی شد. سپس یافته&rlm;‌ها با مفردات به‌&rlm;دست&rlm;‌آمده در منابع طب ایرانی تطبیق داده شد.<br> <strong>یافته&rlm;‌ها:</strong> اسفند با نام علمی <em>harmala Peganum</em> با آنچه در منابع اولیه طب ایرانی به نام حرمل ذکر شده&rlm;، تطابق ندارد. به&rlm;‌نظر می&rlm;‌رسد حرمل عربی با نام علمی <em>stricta Rhazia</em> که در ایران با نام بومی اِشوَرَک شناخته می&rlm;‌شود، بیشترین شباهت را با حرمل داشته باشد.<br> <strong>نتیجه&rlm;‌گیری:</strong> با توجه به تفاوت فیتوشیمیایی و گیاه‌&rlm;شناسی این دو گیاه، اطلاق درمان&rlm;‌های منسوب به حرمل، به گیاه اسفند که امروزه به جای آن استفاده می‌&rlm;شود، مورد تردید است.</span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><strong>Background and purpose:</strong> Considering the increasing trend of using oral form of <em>Esfand</em> (<em>Peganum harmala</em>) as the equivalent of <em>Harmal</em> in traditional Persian medicine and reports of its complications and controversies in its efficacy, it seems that conducting a review study on <em>Peganum harmala</em> and its relationship with <em>Harmal</em> in traditional sources is a necessity.&nbsp;<br> <strong>Methods and Materials:</strong> At the first step, different names and equivalents of<em> Esfand</em> and <em>Harmal</em> were extracted using Jamie Tibb software. Then, each extracted name was evaluated in the main and older traditional medical sources. Phytochemical and botanical properties of each related herb were evaluated in modern sources. Also, common <em>Esfand</em> in the Iranian markets were evaluated and its phytochemical properties were searched in the web and PubMed database.
