fa بهینه سازی نوین تهیۀ پودر قهوۀ هستۀ خرما به عنوان فرآورده طب سنتی و بومی تخصصي Special اصيل پژوهشي Origianal Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><strong>سابقه و هدف: </strong>به‌دلیل اهمیت و مصرف گسترده، مطالعات متعددی روی هستۀ خرما انجام شده است. مطالعات حیوانی نشان می‌‌دهند که مصرف عصارۀ هستۀ خرما در کاهش قند خون مؤثر بوده است. قهوه بدون کافئین هستۀ خرما یک جایگزین مناسب برای افرادی است که قهوه زیاد مصرف می‌کنند. با توجه به ویژگی‌های هستۀ خرما تبدیل آن به شکل پودر خوراکی با چالش‌های فراوانی همراه است که می‌تواند به کاهش تمایل تولیدکننده و مصرف‌کننده برای استفاده از این محصول ارزان و با ویژگی‌های مطلوب منجر شود. رویکردهای بهینه‌سازی نوین بر پایۀ علوم آماری، اطمینان خاطر بالایی را برای ایجاد شرایط جهت تولید بهینۀ مواد دارویی فراهم می‌کند.<br> <strong>مواد و روش‌ها: </strong>هستۀ خرمای کبکاب توسط کارشناس آزمایشگاه گیاهان دارویی شناسایی و با آب شسته و خشک شد. ۵۰ گرم هستۀ خرما در کوره با دمای ۲۰۰ درجۀ سانتی‌گراد به‌مدت ۲۵ دقیقه حرارت داده شد تا بریان شود. بعد از آسیاب اولیه برشی، برای رسیدن به پودر یکنواخت، فاکتورهای مؤثر بر کاهش اندازۀ ذره‌ای با روش استفاده از آسیاب توپی توسط طرح D-optimal توسط نرم‌افزار Design-Expert مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. توزیع اندازۀ ذره‌ای به‌عنوان پاسخ در نظر گرفته شد و پودر بهینه از نظر خصوصیات داروسازی ارزیابی شد.<br> <strong>یافته‌ها: </strong>شاخص‌های مدل به‌دست آمده برای تهیۀ پودر از نظر آماری قابل قبول و مناسب هستند. برای مثال مقدار ۰/۸۱برای Pred R-Squared در تناسب با Adj R-Squared با مقدار ۰/۹۳ است. معادلۀ محاسبه‌شده نشان می‌دهد که در صورت افزایش زمان و کاهش سرعت و در صورت داشتن چرخش معکوس، توزیع اندازۀ ذرهای باریک‌تری حاصل خواهد شد.<br> <strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> پودر به‌دست آمده ضمن داشتن اندازۀ ذره‌ای و توزیع اندازۀ ذره‌ای مناسب دارای خصوصیات قابل قبول جریان‌پذیری برای نوین‌سازی فرآورده طب سنتی مذکور است. همچنین روش به‌کار رفته در این مطالعه می‌تواند الگوی مناسبی برای سایر فرآورده‌های طب سنتی باشد که در فرآیند تهیه، نیاز به تدبیر دارند.&nbsp;</span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><strong>Background and purpose:</strong> Due to the importance and widespread use, many studies have been done on the date-palm kernel. Animal studies have shown that the use of palm kernel extract has been effective in reducing blood glucose level. Caffeine-free artificial coffee is an excellent alternative for people who use a lot of coffee. Due to the characteristics of the palm kernel, its conversion into reproducible powders has many challenges which can reduce the willingness of the manufacturer and the consumer to use this inexpensive product with desirable properties. New approaches to optimization based on statistical sciences provide a high degree of certainty to explore the conditions for optimal pharmaceutical production.<br> <strong>Methods and Materials:</strong> Kabkab date kernel was identified by a laboratory expert of medicinal plants, washed and dried with water. Fifty grams of dates were heated in a furnace at 200&deg;C for 25 minutes. After the initial shear cutting, to obtain a uniform powder, the factors affecting the reduction of particle size were evaluated by Design-Expert software using ball mill via D-optimal design. The particle size distribution was considered as a response, and the optimum powder was evaluated for pharmaceutical characteristics.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> The obtained model indices for powders are statistically acceptable and appropriate. The value of 0.81 for the Pred R-Squared is proportional to the Adj R-Squared of 0.93. The calculated equation shows that in case of increasing milling time and decreasing the rate of miller, and if there is a reverse rotation, a smaller particle size distribution will be obtained.<br> <strong>Conclusion: </strong>The obtained powder, while having an appropriate particle size and particle size distribution, has acceptable flow characteristics for the modernization of this traditional medicine product.
