fa رابطۀ مزاج با مهارت‌های ارتباطی در دانشجویان دانشکدۀ پرستاری و مامایی شهر بوشهر تخصصي Special اصيل پژوهشي Origianal Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><strong>سابقه و هدف:</strong> مهارت‌های ارتباطی به&rlm; عنوان رفتارهایی مهم، فرد را قادر به تعامل مؤثر کرده و بیانگر سلامت رفتاری و اجتماعی فرد می‌باشند. نظر به اهمیت مهارت ارتباطی در کسب مهارت‌های علمی، این پژوهش با هدف بررسی رابطۀ مزاج با مهارت ارتباطی در دانشجویان دانشکدۀ پرستاری و مامایی شهر بوشهر در سال ۱۳۹۶ تا ۱۳۹۷ انجام شد.<br> <strong>مواد و روش‌ها:</strong> پژوهش حاضر یک مطالعۀ مقطعی از نوع همبستگی است که بر روی ۳۰۰ نفر از دانشجویان پرستاری و مامایی شهر بوشهر به صورت تمام &rlm;شماری در سال ۱۳۹۶ تا ۱۳۹۷ انجام شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه‌های مزاج‌شناسی مجاهدی (۱۳۹۳) و مهارت ارتباطی کوئین دام (۲۰۰۴) جمع‌آوری و با استفاده از نرم&rlm; افزار <span dir="LTR">SPSS</span> ویرایش ۲۲ با ارائۀ شاخص‌های توصیفی روش‌های آمار توصیفی و آزمون های کای-دو، <span dir="LTR">T</span> مستقل و تحلیل واریانس یک&rlm;طرفه در سطح معنی‌داری ۰۵/۰ تجزیه و تحلیل شد.<br> <strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> از بین ۳۰۰ دانشجو، مزاج سرد و خشک ۹۴ نفر( د۸/۳۱ nرصد)، مزاج سرد و تر ۹۳ نفر (۳۱/۴درصد)، مزاج گرم و تر ۵۵ نفر (۱۸/۶ درصد) و مزاج گرم و خشک ۵۴ نفر (۱۸/۲ درصد) بودند. میانگین نمرۀ مهارت‌های ارتباطی بالاتر از حد متوسط بود<span dir="RTL">(۹/۷۲</span><span dir="RTL">&plusmn;</span><span dir="RTL">۱۰۸/۲۱)</span> میانگین نمرۀ مهارت‌های ارتباطی به ترتیب در دانشجویان با مزاج سرد و تر (۶/۸۴&plusmn;۱۰۷/۴۸۱)، مزاج سرد و خشک (۱۰/۶۷&plusmn;۱۰۴/۱)، مزاج گرم و تر (۷/۴۳&plusmn;۱۱۲/۹۸) و مزاج گرم و خشک (۸/۴۲&plusmn;۱۱۲/۷۲) بود. بین مزاج دانشجویان با مهارت ارتباطی رابطۀ معنی‌داری مشاهده شد؛ به‌طوری که دانشجویان با مزاج گرم و تر و همچنین مزاج گرم و خشک به نسبت دانشجویان با مزاج سرد و تر و مزاج سرد و خشک از مهارت ارتباطی بالاتری برخوردار بودند (<span dir="LTR">۰.۰۰۱</span>><em><span dir="LTR">p</span></em>).<br> <strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> نظر به ارتباط مزاج با مهارت‌های ارتباطی پیشنهاد می‌شود توجه به مزاج دانشجویان و برنامه‌ریزی‌های لازم در خصوص اصلاح مزاج به‌منظور افزایش مهارت‌های ارتباطی دانشجویان در نظر گرفته شود.</span></span><br> <br> <span style="font-family:b nazanin;"></span></div> <span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><strong>Background and purpose:</strong> Communication skills as important behaviors enable the person to have an effective interaction and avoid an undesirable response. These communication skills indicate behavior and social health. Considering the importance of communication skills in acquiring knowledge and skills of learners, the aim of this study is to investigate the relationship between temperament and communication skills of nursing and midwifery student of Bushehr University in 2017-2018.<br> <strong>Methods and Materials:</strong> The present study is a cross-sectional correlation survey conducted on 300 nursing and midwifery students through census in Bushehr during 2017-2018. The data were collected using questionnaires of Mojahedi temperament (2014) and queendom communication skill (2004). Data were analyzed by SPSS software version 22, using descriptive statistics and analytical tests including Chi-square, independent T test and one way ANOVA considering the significance level of 0.05.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> Out of 300 students, 94 people possessed cold and dry temperament (31.8%), 93 people had cold and wet temperament (31.4%), 55 people had hot and wet temperament (18.6%) and 54 people had hot and dry temperament (18.2%). Mean score of communication skills was more than average (108.21&plusmn;9.72). Mean score of communication skills participant in students with cold and wet temperament was 107.48&plusmn;6.84, cold and dry temperament was 104.1&plusmn;10.67, hot and wet temperament was 112.98&plusmn;7.43, and hot and dry temperament was 112.72&plusmn;8.42. There was a meaningful relationship between the students&#39; temperament and communication skills.
