fa سنگ درمانی در طبّ ایرانی- اسلامی: مطالعه ای مروری تخصصي Special مروري Review Article <span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><strong>سابقه و هدف: </strong>داروسازی (صیدنه) به سبب ضرورت و نیاز همیشگی انسان از قدیمی&shy;‌ترین دانش‌ها در سیر تاریخ علوم و تمدن بشری به‌شمار می&shy;‌رود. ساخت و ترکیب داروها مستلزم شناخت مواد دارویی بود. در میان داروها با منشأ گیاهی، حیوانی و مواد معدنی، سنگ‌ها نیز کارکرد دارویی و درمانی داشتند.<br> <strong>مواد و روش‌ها: </strong>این پژوهش به شیوۀ توصیفی- تحلیلی و با تکیه بر متون پزشکی متقدّم (<em>فردوس الحکمه</em>، <em>الحاوی</em>،<em> القانون</em>،<em> التَصریف</em>،<em> ذخیرۀ خوارزمشاهی</em>) انجام گرفته است. تحقیق حاضر مطالعه&shy;‌ای مروری است که جستجوی کلیدواژگان اصلی آن، حجر و سنگ در متون دست اول پزشکی و نرم&rlm;‌افزار طب در بازۀ زمانی پنج‌&rlm;ماهه انجام شد.<br> <strong>یافته&shy;‌ها: </strong>مطالعات حاکی از آن است که سنگ‌ها به&rlm;‌عنوان مادۀ دارویی در درمان انواع بیماری‌های جسمی، اختلالات روحی و حتی ناراحتی&shy;‌های پوستی تجویز شده&shy;‌اند. نحوۀ کاربرد سنگ و جواهرات به شیوۀ استعمال داروی مفرد، ساخت داروهای مرکّب، ترکیب در معجون&shy;‌ها و حَب&shy;‌ها بوده است. در مواردی پزشکان برای پیشگیری از ابتلا به بیماری و مداوای آن توصیه می&shy;‌کردند که بیمار سنگ به همراه خود داشته باشد.<br> <strong>نتیجه‌&shy;گیری</strong>: امروزه به سنگ‌درمانی به&rlm;‌عنوان دیدگاهی جدید در درمان توجه می‌شود و مطالعات و تحقیقاتی دربارۀ تأثیر سنگ‌ها انجام شده است. با توجه به کارکرد دارویی سنگ‌ها در پیشینۀ تاریخی دانش پزشکی و داروسازی، می‌&shy;توان از تجربیات و نظرات اندیشمندان مسلمان در این حوزه بهره برد. گرچه کاربرد دارویی سنگ‌ها و کانی‌ها نیازمند مطالعه و روش‌های آزمایشی علمیِ نوین خواهد بود. </span></span> <span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><strong>Background and purpose:</strong> Pharmacy is one of the oldest knowledge in the history of human sciences and civilization because of the necessity of it for mankind. The manufacturing and combination of drugs requires the recognition of pharmaceutical substances. Among the drugs with plant, animal and mineral origin, stones also have medicinal and therapeutic effects.<br> <strong>Methods and Materials</strong>: This research has been conducted in a descriptive-analytical manner relying on the early medical texts (<em>Ferdos al-Hekmah, Al-Hawi, Al-Qanoun, Al-Tasrif, Zakhireh</em>); first, the introduction of independent texts on minerals and stones; decorative and non-stick jewels and stones are mentioned in medical treatment and their function as a drug in medical and pharmaceutical works.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> Studies have shown that stones have been prescribed as drugs in the treatment of various types of physical illnesses, mental disorders, and even skin diseases. The use of stones and jewels in the form of single-drug, manufacturing of compound drugs, and the combination of potions and tablets has been reported. In some cases, doctors advised the patient to take the stones and carry it to prevent and treat some diseases.<br> <strong>Conclusion:</strong> Stone therapy has been the focus of recent studies. Considering the medicinal function of stones in the history of medicine and pharmacy, the experiences and opinions of Muslim scholars in this field can be used.
